Story und Charaktere waren gut.
Besonders die Dialoge waren gut und glaubwürdig geschrieben.
Setting und Verlauf erinnern an Final Fantasy 9.
Das Kampfsystem und backtracking haben zum Ende hin allerdings genervt.
Das Kampfsystem hat viele unnötig komplexe Elemente die man allerdings alle ignorieren kann, weil buttonmashing genau so gut funktioniert.

Great Game BUT The PS3 Japan version is Superior with :
-More costumes, some got cut out unfortunately
-You could Rename all the characters
-You could see during a fight what this enemy will drop and u could see what you could steal from them.

Tales of Vesperia ist mein absolutes Lieblingsspiel und für mich das beste Tales of überhaupt! Die Story ist packend, voller moralischer Grauzonen und mit einem der besten Protagonisten aller Zeiten – Yuri Lowell. Er ist kein typischer Held, sondern ein charismatischer Antiheld, der das Spiel besonders macht.
Dazu kommt eine ikonische Party, ein dynamisches Kampfsystem und ein wunderschöner Soundtrack. Egal wie oft ich es spiele, Vesperia bleibt für mich unübertroffen. Ein zeitloser Klassiker und mein persönliches JRPG-Meisterwerk!
