STATUS: INSANE
Igor must escape from a mental asylum, but it’s not going to be easy. There are two (2) rather obvious reasons:
1. Igor is constrained by a straitjacket.
2. The asylum’s corridors are filled with tranquilizers-ready guards (and other obstacles).
In addition to the dangers haunting outside, Igor is going through a war inside his head: his psychotic imaginary friend, Flead, is constantly demanding him to cancel his stupid escaping attempt.
The INSANE story takes place in a mysterious mental asylum which is known from its dark-ish history of utilizing questionable alternative treatments. The only thing even more mysterious, is the genius mastermind, Head Doctor, who is running the place…

I mean... there's clearly something wrong with whoever made this game, the cringe is very real at certain points, with dubious jokes and weird visuals but you know what? The game's actually good! The puzzles are pretty easy but still require a bit of thinking and are different enough to not grow stale. The pacing is also good, alternating between slower and more frenetic moments and there's also a little adventure-like puzzle in which you have to gather some clues in order to advance. All things considered the graphics are also pretty nice and artistically inspired. I'd give this game a chance if I were you. And hey! There's also a pretty little moral lesson at the very end!

STATUS: INSANE is a quality-made, indie game with great puzzles (one totally impossible!), good story and great humour.
A rewarding game that does not fail to surprise you time after time.
It does not repeat itself, never becomes boring since it's introducing new twists, missions and enemies in a good pace.
It provides great, changing soundtrack, awesome graphics, animations and humour. It even goes deeper, profound if you’d like to think about it that way.
Also the trailers are funny, and the developer of the game appears in them himself which brings a very personal touch making me want to buy the game! You can see that this game has been made with heart, soul, intelligence, and not to mention HUGE creativity :) It is absolutely a top-notch indie game from beginning to end.

EDIT2: After speedrunning the game with multiple categories, getting all the achievements and finding out all the secrets, I still thoroughly enjoy this game. Currently playing hours at 44, and I still have stuff to do - like finish a 100% Masochist run.
Also, I've now grown fond of the action sequences, and also realised that one of the pros I never listed is actually both the music and the overall sound design. The sound cues really help with precision timing on many cases, the music and other sound effects create a very specific kind of atmosphere (both on the slower paced escape maze parts as well as the faster paced action sequences) and even the "cringe-y" voice acting is actually very fitting and charming.
Definitely the highlight of Christmas 2017! One of the best 5€ I've spent in a loooong while.
Full Disclosure: Frostbullet is just next door where I work and I occasionally socialize with them.
Status: Insane is a charming little indie game, that focuses on puzzles.
Pros:
- Fun puzzles
- Super weird at times
- Graveyard area was a nice change of pace
- Charming graphics
- Action/runner sequences were a nice change of pace as well
Cons:
- A little on the short side, just under 2 hours to complete and nearly get all the secrets (only a bit over 80% though)
- Sometimes it feels like the the game registers an extra movement (especially when trying to streamline and run through the puzzles)
- Runner sequences felt ...forced, for a lack of a better word.
All in all, well worth the 5€, you could be spending it on something that's not this much of... fun.
4/5, with a bit more polish and and bit more length and replaybility this would be a solid 5/5.
EDIT: SCRATCH THAT! A solid 5/5! Why? This game is superfun to speedrun!

STATUS:INSANE is game where you play some crazy nutjob trying to escape mental hospital. Game itself is pretty simple labyrinth type puzzle game where your aim is to get to ladders to reach next level same time dodging all kinda dangers. Atmosphere is great art got own distinguishable style with ballface guards and everything music is good too. Overall easily worth 5e

Weird but charming little puzzle game with a nice atmosphere and a great soundtrack.
PS. The guy who made this obviously has some first hand experience on mental illness.

This should be called Toni Game. It is very much extension of it's author's personality. Somewhat crude, amateurish, all it's good ideas are accidents and it urgently needs more mustache. But it unquestionably has certain cheesy charm.
