Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is the latest installment of the highly acclaimed Jedi Knight series. Take on the role of a new student eager to learn the ways of the Force from Jedi Master Luke Skywalker. They still can't match the freedom of movement and lightsaber controls that this game perfected 20+ years ago. Newer star wars Jedi games have to be auto lock on dark souls like on rails movement and combat.
Remake this game with the controls in tact pls.

It's unbelievable that no one has been able to top this game lightsaber's duel system or make an semi-open world Star Wars game better than this game to this day.
Graphics are dated, which is to be expected since the game is older than most people on Steam. A must play for any Star Wars fan. Forget about the modern EA bullshit and experience full power of LucasArts.

One of my absolute childhood favorites, and one of the gems of 2000s Star Wars games. It's a lot of fun and really achieves the Star Wars feel, sound and mood, with really cool level design ideas. I personally prefer it to Jedi Outcast because it's less sweaty and the lite-RPG flavor really puts you in the shoes of a Jedi learner, but Outcast is really awesome too and many fans understandably prefer it. Either way, I think Jedi Academy is a must-play.

One of the best Star Wars games ever made. Unique lightsaber combat that is a joy to master. When you pull off exactly what you set out to do in combat in terms of taking out a single enemy or group of enemies, there are a short list of things that are more satisfying. The story is fantastic as it takes you through the universe to familiar places.

Highly recommend the mod "Movie Battle II".. Very fun
Download it at your own risk of addiction, I've tried quitting for years.. when i do hear the in game voice lines in my head at night.. pulling me back, It's an endless cycle you can not escape.
