シングルプレイのみで遊んでます。
オンラインFPSが苦手な人や気楽にFPSしたい人にお勧めしたいゲームで、作りこまれたマップでBot相手に銃撃戦をするだけでスターウォーズの世界に浸れます。
良い点
スターウォーズを代表するビークル大半に乗れる
ジャンゴ・フェットやそのクローンたちのボイスがオリジナルキャスト
戦場の一般兵士としてリアルな戦いができる
映画オリジナルマップのみが登場(前作にはゲームオリジナルマップが多数あった)それでいて多彩で飽きない
FPS、TPSどちらも切り替え可
低スペックのパソコンでもプレイ可
戦場が広いマップもあるがビークルやBOTの密度で退屈しない印象
オリジナルBGM、SEを使用
キャンペーンモードがおもしろい
インスタントアクション、ギャラクティックコンクエストとプレイしたい内容がピンポイントで楽しめる
海外有志によるMODが豊富
個人的に不満な点
ビークル操縦時の１人称視点の際、コックピットが省略されている
非ライトセーバー系のヒーローキャラクターに強みがない
現代のゲームに比べるとグラフィックが落ちる
航空機による宇宙戦が単調になりがち
キャラクターのモーションがみんな一緒(ドロイドもストームトルーパーもイウォークも！)
字幕もUIも音声もすべて日本語未対応
前作にあった姿勢変更のバリエーションが減っている
総評
2005年に作られたゲームであり、BOTやグラフィックなど後年の作品に見劣りする部分があるがゲーム性には廃れることのな
い魅力がありスターウォーズ愛のあふれる作りこみはとくに際立っていると感じます。コンプリートエディションが発売され
たがMODの適用のことを考えてもこちらも購入してよいと思います。
人生で初めてプレイしたシューティングゲームでしたが個人的にとっても楽しむことができ、このジャンルの奥深さにすっか
り魅了されました。他にもさまざまなシューティングゲームをやるようになりましたが結局はこのゲームに戻ってきたしまい
ます。スターウォーズが好きな人はより好きになること間違いなしの神ゲーです。
