Infernis Prime is a mining colony in the Outer Rim, under brutal occupation. With the help of a hacked android and the discovery of a dark secret, the rebels finally have a chance. This is the story of how the Outer Rim Coalition formed, and how they broke free.
There are no levels in Star Shift Rebellion; skills and stat increases are managed by Knowledge Points acquired from battle.
In addition to the standard turn-based combat, there is a tactical battle system for fleet and army combat.
Unique skill trees exist depending on a character’s species and class.
Time has been shattered. Only you and your crew can unlock the mystery before it’s too late!
A soundtrack from multiple independent artists that enhances the experience.

Ein preiswertes Space Adventure Rollenspiel mit Kampfeinlagen und spannender Geschichte die zum weiterspielen anregt.
Zwischendrin musste ich ein bisschen grinden, weil der Schwierigkeitsgrad einen Sprung machte (beim Abstecher zur Nachbarsiedlung) war aber aufgrund nachspawnender Gegner kein Problem.
Für den Preis einer Schachtel Zigaretten ein echtes Schnäppchen.

Knuffiges Weltraum RPG mit fetzigen Kampfeinlagen. Super Story mit echter SciFi Atmosphäre. Die Teammitglieder können mit geradezu üppigen Skillsets gelevelt und abgestimmt werden. Es wird zwar bisl wenig erklärt, aber erfahrene RPG Liebhaber kommen klar damit.
Die Grafik ist im Japan-Manga Style gehalten. Etwas typisch für "RPG Gamemaker Spiele". Stört aber nicht. Ist wie gesagt ganz knuffig. Der kostenlose Vorgänger Star Shift Origins kann vorab gespielt werden. Zwar kein Muss aber als Einstimmung in die Welt von Star Shift ganz gut.
Der echte Knallerpreis rundet das ganze ab. Also zugreifen. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Teil.

A great game! I liked the setting, the combat. The story is also interesting, keeping me hooked on the game. Without a decent storyline I quit games quite fast. :D I'm already hyped for the next two games which are anounced for 2024! :)

*it is very "colorful", which was not exactly my taste, so the colors were like all over the place, but maybe for you this enhances the scifi-experience

- the gameplay can feel a little monotonous at times
