The game begins in medias res with Walker, Adams, and Lugo flying in a helicopter past the skyscrapers of Dubai, shooting down several pursuing helicopters until a sudden sandstorm forms, causing one of the pursuers to spin out of control and crash into the trio. The story then jumps back to the start, with Delta traversing the storm wall to the outskirts of a mostly buried Dubai, being taunted on broadcasts by the Radioman (Jake Busey), a DJ and former journalist speaking for the 33rd. After coming across refugees being rounded up by the 33rd and engaging in a firefight, Walker elects to disobey orders and find Konrad. Receiving a broadcast of CIA agent Daniels being interrogated by the 33rd, the team chooses to interfere. Tracing the signal's origin, they find Daniels already dead and the broadcast was a trap set for fellow CIA agent, Gould. Gould helps Delta escape, but is later captured and killed while assaulting a location called the Gate. The team heads there and continues the attack. Finding it heavily guarded by the 33rd, the team employs white phosphorus to obliterate their opposition and advance further into the city. While walking through the aftermath, they realize they accidentally killed 47 civilians moved to the Gate for shelter by the 33rd. Walker blames the 33rd and vows revenge.

Spec Ops: The Line est un jeu de tir intense et troublant, qui va bien au-delà de l’action classique. Avec une histoire percutante et des choix moraux difficiles, il plonge dans les zones sombres de la guerre et de la psychologie humaine. Un jeu marquant, qui reste en tête longtemps après l’avoir terminé.

2 eme fois que je fini ce jeux
si il y a bien un jeux qui mérite un remasteur ces bien celui la avec mise en HD ray tracing etc...
pour une fois que l''on a pas un fps qui fait limite la pub a la guerre mais pluto qui la dénonce sa change vraiment par contre non ce nes pas agréable du tous et ces le but recherché par ce jeux...quelque soit la fin
contrairement au call of, battlefield, etc...la les horreurs comisent ont ce les prend en pleine tronche

A meh game with though provoking scenes that make you feel in control while actually not. It has no replay value despite the feeling of having meaningful choices and is best played on easy or normal difficulty to avoid too much frustration. There are a few endings that don't seem to take your previous choices into account but rely on your own role play.
That being said, It's a pretty game that relies on the complementarity between orange and blue. A popular choice that does give it striking and memorable visuals.
I wish a sequel was made that went even deeper into the madness depicted here. Kinda like if Hellblade was a cover shooter set in modern times. Too bad the IP is lost and the game removed from the shop. Look out for a copy on PS3/Xbox if you can and with some luck GOG will pick this up in a dozen more years... X)

Enfin un jeu intéressant,vous savez le genre de jeu qui vous laisse cloué devant votre écran, quand on à du mal à lâcher la manette parce qu'on veut savoir se qui va se passé à nos cher soldats, et qu'après avoir fini le jeu le seul mot qui nous vient à la bouche c'est "whaou". Voilà se que j'ai ressenti en jouant à spec ops, se jeu est tout simplement génial, le scenario complètement fou, digne des plus grand films d'action, l'ambiances est unique on ressent vraiment le malaise et l'incompréhension des héros qui sombre dans un cauchemar à chaque mission qui passe. En plus graphiquement le jeu est très joli et très détaillés, le moindre recoins à était travaillé soigneusement, même le visage de votre héros change au court de l'histoire. Reste le gameplay classique mais le plus efficace, mise à couvert et on arrose tout se qui bouge, genre gears of war. Bref si vous voulez un jeu d'action explosif sans temps mort et au scenario impressionnant, spec ops est fait pour vous, car il est pour moi la plus belle surprise de l'année pour le moment. Donc 19 car seul la durée de vie est juste environ 8h en difficile, mais c'est tellement bon donc forcement trop court.

L'histoire est incroyable un temps de jeu magnifique c'est un jeu qui a très bien vieilli malheureusement il n'est plus disponible sur Steam mais non mes souvenirs je crois qu'il est sur Xbox donc honnêtement font saisie c'est un super jeu l'histoire est incroyable et notamment il est pas compliqué sur le terme des choix car vous en avez très peu à faire mais vous pouvez en faire ce qui est dommage c'est que ça manque un petit mode COP ou zombie ou même le petit joueur mais il est super sympa pour ceux qui l'ont encore vous pouvez foncer excellent
