Sons Of The Forest
Sent to find a missing billionaire on a remote island, you find yourself in a cannibal-infested hellscape. Craft, build, and struggle to survive, alone or with friends, in this terrifying new open-world survival horror simulator.
A Survival Horror Simulator
Experience complete freedom to tackle the world how you want. You decide what you do, where to go and how best to survive. There are no NPC’s barking orders at you or giving you missions you don’t want to do. You give the orders, you choose what happens next.
Fight Demons
Enter a world where nowhere is safe and fight against a range of mutated creatures, some who are almost human like, and others who are like nothing you have ever seen before. Armed with pistols, axes, stun batons and more, protect yourself and those you care for.
Build and Craft
Feel every interaction; Break sticks to make fires. Use an axe to cut out windows and floors. Build a small cabin, or a sea-side compound, the choice is yours.
Changing Seasons
Pluck fresh salmon directly from streams in spring and summer. Collect and store meat for the cold winter months. You’re not alone on this island, so as winter rolls in and food and resources become scarce you won’t be the only one looking for a meal.
Co-op Gameplay
Survive alone, or with friends. Share items and work together to build defenses. Bring back-up to explore above and below ground.

It's like a family camping trip gone horrifyingly, but occasionally hilariously, wrong - in the best way possible. You crash on a mysterious island, armed with nothing but a hatchet and quickly realise the locals are... less than friendly. The graphics are absolutely stunning (and terrifying at times), the survival mechanics are solid, and the game throws surprises at you when you least expect them (looking at you, creepy mutants).
What really makes it shine, though, is playing with friends. My boyfriend built our house while I accidentally set myself on fire cooking fish. Launching yourself in the air on a turtle-shell-made trampoline is quite fun as well (just make sure to have your glider equipped). It's a chaotic, stressful, and to be honest weirdly heartwarming game.
If you like survival games with a side of humor and a dash of horror, give this one a go. Just watch out when knocking down trees close to your house...

Pretty good game, felt a bit harder than the first one until the golf carts. Golf carts changed the pace of the combat for me on the surface a decent amount. Had crazy horsepower too I've climbed mountains with these bad boys and wiped out entire settlements. 10/10 would ride the golf carts again

Super immersive sandbox horror survival game with tons to do and hours of gameplay to sink into. The building mechanics are amazing, and the NPC characters really add to the creepy atmosphere. They’re not just there for show they actually make the world feel alive, and always get you looking over your shoulder.
This game takes everything that made the first one great and just kicks it up a notch. The survival elements are intense, the world is beautifully detailed, and the atmosphere is incredibly eerie. If you're a fan of survival horror, this game really nails it . The gameplay is way more polished than the first game, especially when it comes to crafting and building. One of the best additions is having AI companions. You can build a real connection with them as they go from being completely clueless to protecting you like they’re your best friend. It’s an awesome touch that makes the experience feel even more personal.
Overall, it’s a great sequel that improves on the first game while adding some cool new twists. If you liked the previous game, you’re going to love this one.
