About the GameWelcome to Song of The Prairie, a 3D casual farming simulator game.Your story begins in the mysterious Prairie Town. Untouched by the conflicts for now, this place is inhabited by interesting people, giant plants and strange animals. Here, the four seasons cycle very fast.
Plant crops, learn stories, explore the world, take things into your own hands and build your farm. These are what you can experience at your own pace from this mysterious land.
Infinite possibilities await your exploration on this land. No matter what lifestyle you may choose, this land never fails to surprise you!
FeaturesSeamless Map: You can enter/exit buildings without waiting for a new map to load. After you start playing, almost all the in-game content will be loaded so you don’t ever have to wait on a loading screen, unless you re-start the game or fall asleep in the wild.
Happy Farmer: Grow more than 60 types of plants, including vegetables, flowers and fruits. Each vegetable has its own growth phases, but they share one thing in common: they bear giant fruits when they are ripe!
Interactive Environment: Interacting with the environment is part of the fun, and it makes the gaming experience at Prairie Town more realistic and engaging. Your curiosity might lead you to many more surprises.
Raising Livestock: Take care of your animals and watch them grow. They will reward you handsomely.
Each animal has its own unique abilities, some of them yielding special resources while others helping you grow plants.
Cook Your Way: Gather vegetables, milk and fish to cook them! There are more than 90 types of cuisines and they come from all around the world. We’ve prepared for you a variety of culinary tools.
Personalized Farm: Enjoy a personalized farm where there is a vast land waiting for you to develop, strange animals for you to raise and farm decorations for you to craft. Choose your favorite content to build your one-of-a-kind farm.
Building: Upgrade your house and make it bigger, so you can fit more inventory in it and access a new service station. You may also upgrade some buildings in the town to unlock more functions.
Character Customization: The sky is the limit. Create your unique character. Here in Prairie Town, there is a variety of character customization options for you to choose from. You get to decide how you look like! There are also various outfits and accessories available to you in this game.
Your Neighbors: Currently, our players can learn stories from 25 NPCs in Prairie Town. Earn their favor, touch their hearts, invite them to go on dates and eventually, spend the rest of your life with them.

ゲームデザインがすごく好み。先駆者が少ないがゆえの進みの遅さはあるものの、手探り感も楽しめるゲーム。
クエストも豊富でずっとタスクがあるので充実感があります。ずっと遊んでいたいと思う。
欠点を挙げると、翻訳が正確ではないからか、物語の理解が難しく、没入感はあまりないところです。
それでもなぜか楽しい。そんなゲームです。

翻訳問題は当然ながら、とにかくバグ満載。
アイテム名、人名、場所の名前等々、とにかく間違ってることが多い。
そしてセーブ＆ロードがやけに長い。
終わったはずのクエストが未完了扱いのまま残ったり、指示通りの行動をしてもクリアにならなかったり。
ちゃんとチェックしたのだろうか。あと、ロリの言動に終始イライラ。
でも、おすすめかどうかじゃなく自分的には楽しめてるから「はい」にした。

戦闘要素なし、牧場物語的なゲーム……だが。
文化の違いか知らないがこの主人公当たり前のように盗みを働く。（というかステータスに盗みの熟練度もある）
さらにNPCの中には自称勇者で勇者は何しても許されるとか思ってるヤベー奴、儲けの為なら息を吐く様に嘘をつくヤツ、キャピルンドギツイブリッコと、割とキッツいデザインのキャラが多い。
キャラクターに魅力があるのがよく見て半分ぐらいで、それ以外は正直キツい。会話も聞いてて不快になることも多いので読み流し推奨…。なのだが。
このゲームクエストビーコンが出ないことなんて当たり前にあるので、会話を聞き流したり忘れたりしてしまうと、次のクエストで何をするべきか全くわからなくなる。
システムは非常によくできており春夏秋冬楽しめるのだが、このＮＰＣのデザイン性でだいぶマイナス点を稼いでしまっている。
さらに言うと日本語の翻訳強度がエグい。機械翻訳より訳わからんことになっている。
ここに先述したクエスト仕様があいまって、普通にゲームをするのすら厳しい。
会話やクエストは直感で適当に進め、農園を育てるのだけに注視すればかなりいいゲーム。
或いは英語が読めるなら翻訳強度問題は解決できるのかもしれない。
