Song of the Deep is a metroidvania-style action-adventure game following a young girl’s quest into the unknown to find her missing father. Combining discovery, skill, and suspense with an unforgettable narrative, this underwater journey will challenge players to explore, experiment, and skillfully navigate a vast ocean landscape.

I recommend this 2D game for girls every where. Guys can play it but it’s one adventure of a brave daughter building a submarine from scratch and riding under the sea to find and hopefully save her sailing father that never returned. She encounters both beautiful friendly creatures and monstrous small and large creatures that she must battle.
She gets the opportunity to upgrade her ship all throughout the game with coins collected during gameplay.
A narrator tells the story in the background that gives you an idea of what you are supposed to be doing next.
You’ll never get lost because the map show every where you have traveled and it even has vortexes to travel instantly to distant areas.
It will be satisfying when you beat the final boss and watch the video of how your story ends.

Whimsical! A breeze from sea of a game. Good Achievements. If you liked Child Of Light(2018) and/or Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet(2011) you'll like this game.
