Muy recomendado, es un juego en el que puedes entrar a dedicar cientos de horas hasta que dejas una verdadera compañía funcionando de manera autónoma, nada fácil de hacer ya que la dificultad está bastante bien medida para mi gusto.
Donde creo que hay muchas mejoras es en el ámbito de la economía, sobre todo porque una vez amasas una gran cantidad de dinero no se siente en ningún momento la posibilidad de que la empresa quiebre, quizá es realista, pero yo esperaría tener que estar más atento.

This is quite a good management game. A lot more complicated than something like, say, Dev Tycoon, but not overly tedious or hard.

That high level of complexity also comes with the perk that is is a lot more addicting than other management games, since once you sink your teeth into it you realize the meal is huge.

And on top of all that, it is a good management game. It is fun, it is engaging, there are a lot of elements to it, from creating your products to building your HQ to upgrading your employees and such.

There are a lot of things that could be added or improved, mainly when it comes to quality of life. The game truly needs an easier way to hire the people we want in detail without needing to retain a lot of information and go through four different screens and having to click fifteen times. This same thing applies to a lot of the different main mechanics. On the bright side, the game has been in development for years now and the updates are hefty and regular, so I have high hopes.

I would love to see a more detailed Human Resources management, like needing to have a whole HR Department, like in real life, a more developed console and mobile market, more intricate online store and some finetuning in how competition and development works. For example, when you design a product there is a point where adding more features doesn't really make the product sell more. This is partially true, but at the same time the fact that you can release Audio Tools without Synthetisers and still sell like hot cakes doesn't make sense. I can accept that in the 1980, but 2020, nah.

All in all, and as a TL;DR, the game is amazing, addictive and deep. At this point in its development, I highly recommend it if this catches your eye.

Llevo poco tiempo jugado pero me basta para darlo como recomendado. Es una idea de juego que llevo tiempo en la cabeza y he visto que no he sido el único.
El juego ha pensado en practicamente todo lo que entra en juego a la hora de crear y dirigir una empresa, desde la gestión del personal hasta el lanzamiento de los productos y servicios con todas las fases que conllevan. Es el tipico juego que puede parecer complejo al principio pero que una vez te vas haciendo a él te ofrece mucha profundidad para echarle horas y horas.

Me gustan mucho estos tipos de juegos, lo he recomendado, pero soy el unico loquito que le gusta juegos así.
