This is probably one of the most unique platforming games I've come across. I've never seen one that had such a strange and unfamiliar non-humanoid style of movement. I'd say the most important thing to know about before getting this game is not to expect it to play like your average platforming game, because if you come in with that expectation, you're probably going to end up frustrated. This is not a fast paced game. You are encouraged to go through the various climbing challenges with a slow, methodical pace, much like a snake would. It's something that can be pretty confusing at first and requires a lot of patience, but once you make sense of the controls, you can tell that the devs put a TON of work into refining how Noodle moves and in perfecting their body's physics. Also, just as one last closing thought, the fact that the protagonist of this game is a snake, and a realistically proportioned one at that. I love snakes a lot and think that a lot of them are very lovely, cute, and affectionate creatures. They get far too much of a negative stigma, so it's nice to see a game that appreciates how great they are.
TLDR: The game is really well made, but don't come in expecting it to be like a normal platformer. It's pretty slow paced and has controls that can be confusing at first (but that's just because of how alien the movement is. It makes total sense once you figure it out.) Highly recommend, especially if you love snakes.

I really enyoiyed this game, i recieved free thanks to humble bundle.
This game is very unique not in the platform or in the graphics, is the movement of the characters, a snake called Noddle, that makes this unique.
The history very basic, you have 15 stages, the game start very easy and calm, until the last stage that is a monster of physics and movement, who need to master and at least know what are you doing.
The game runs fine at least 60 fps
The performance is heavy (at least with all high) and without crashes or problems.
I played 1440p Gsync On (The game minimium was 60 fps)
I5-9600k 4.6Ghz
GTX 1070
16GB RAM DDR4 3000Mhz
SSD.

Snake? SNAKE? SNAAAAKE!
Colorful and challenging 3D platformer adventure game that will make you feel nostalgic. Sit back, relax and prepare to die cause that's what the game is about!
Pros:
Beautiful colors and fantastic main character.
Enjoyable sountrack. Makes less frustrating dying over and over again.
Challenging.
Many collectibles and it's fun to get them.
Arcade mode, Trial mode and Normal mode.
Unique gameplay with good physics.
Fantastic level desing.
Long enough.
Cons:
Frustrating to play with mouse and keyboard. Get a controller.
Plain story.
Lack of rewards after beating the game.
Note: If your really don't like dying and loosing your progress after expending 10 mins or more trying to get something do not play this. You have to be mentally prepared for it.

When I first played this, I found the controls totally unusable and gave up playing without finishing the first level.
I poked about in settings and saw it first showed a controller before mouse/keyboard but left because I was using the mouse and keyboard as the settings described.
I was frustrated so went to look at the store page (I had gotten this for free from humble bundle) and saw other people comments about the bad controls, but something clicked and loaded my steam controller and tried again.
BAM! totally new game much more responsive and enjoyable was able to climb and twist and grab and do all the little manoeuvres to get to awkward places.
I would recommend this if you have a controller.
Cute fun different puzzle/loot searching game.

Picked it up for $3 and I almost want to tip them, it's great! Like everyone has said, very unique, cute, and enjoyable to play. It's not for everyone, as the controls aren't as intuitive as most but c'mon, you're playing a snake! I'm better than most at platforming and weird games like I am Bread so it was really quick for me to pick up, with only a few spots that I had to fumble through because I wasn't understanding how the physics would react to what I was doing.
I don't know how long the game is but I'm playing in short spurts and collecting everything in each level, so hopefully I get a lot of time out it. For $20, if it's a 10-20 hour game like some other reviews have shown I'd say it's 100% worth it. For $3 it's an absolute steal and I hope this developer is successful; not a lot of charm in games these days, this game is full of it
Edit: at time of review I am on level 6 out of 15 in a little under an hour, but I do need to replay 2 levels because I skipped a coin + I'm sure 6-15 will be progressively harder. Still a thumbs up
