Feeling afraid because it's in Early Access? Don't. It's fully playable. As in "it's already a complete game, all they're going to add it's content: more missions, more items". And since the maps are randomly generated, it has loads of replayability.
Also: pirate game, turned based dungeon crawling, real time naval battles, crew management? I'm in! 😋

Yes, Aaarghh.
Includes trading, sea battles, dungeoning, digging out treasures and wacky characters. Every aspect of the game is pretty basic, there is no real thinking and plotting. I suppose it falls under strategy/party/turn based category but it's all and all a well thought out casual game. It gets pretty easy after you get the hang of it but keeps your interest with new unlocks and funny adventures. Has room for some gameplay and balance improvements of course but overall I love it.

Do all trade routines -> buy crew; do all easy dungeons -> buy weapons and perk rerolls; do all normal dungeons -> buy a better ship and upgrade her; do some pirating -> max upgrade crew. Then start doing boarding and hard dungeons. One tank and three healers to win.
You have to repeat these same steps on every run, and it is getting tedious. This game is a great one-man effort, but it doesn't worth the price at this moment.
What needs to be fixed:
- looks like you lose money if you open chest/dig when you don't have enough space in inventory;
- stun doesn't work on enemies during boarding;
- dungeon movement must be unrestricted when out of combat, at this moment, it is boring;
- it must be the way to retreat from dungeon battle;

The negative comments on this title remind me of a story about my cousin.
"Jimmy! Go outside and play!"
"Yes, Grandma."
Jimmy went outside to play.
He came back inside 10 minutes later and said, "Play what Grandma?"
Comments about this game being repetitive and with a limited gear and rule set?
Hide and Seek is repetitive with a limited gear and rule set.
You get to be a PIRATE CREW!!
"Now and then we had a hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates."
- Mark Twain, Life on the Mississippi
Mark Twain would have loved this game.
He's not the kind of person who goes outside for 10 minutes and asks, "Play what, Grandma?"
I enjoy the game thoroughly.
I have played the tutorial.
I have played some sandbox.
I have played two missions and so far have unlocked a war ship and two character types.
I am going to unlock the whole bloody mess of this game and then start one hell of an endless game on Sandbox Mode because I am alive, I am good, and God and Flatcoon are allowing me to be a pirate via Sink Again.

The Game is a bit repetetive, even tho there are alot of different Quests / Setups.
I'll still give it a thumps up, because:
- No Bugs
- Money / Value is good
- Fast paced
- I can slap enemys with a fish
- Fucking Voodoo

A pinch of Sid Meiers Pirates feel for a one of a kind game. Real-time ship battles and dungeon exploration with turn-based combat.
We will have to hire our captain and crew, arm them well and go around solving difficult quests, plus we will be able to trade and upgrade or buy more powerful ships, all with a humorous style.
Currently in early access, but already incredibly solid and fun. Watch my first-look video

If you buy this game have realistic expectations. This is NOT an XCOM2 level Turn based strategy game, and it is not a highly polished pirate ship simulator. There are a few annoying quality of life problems, some balance issues (imo), a few bugs etc. But Sink Again is a lot of fun.
I doubt this will keep many players engaged for hundreds upon hundreds of hours, but you will most likely get more bang for your buck than you expect. Cool game. Try it
