Shadow Tactics is a hardcore tactical stealth game set in Japan around the Edo period. Take control of a team of deadly specialists and sneak in the shadows between dozens of enemies. Choose your approach when infiltrating mighty castles, snowy mountain monasteries or hidden forest camps. Set traps, poison your opponents or completely avoid enemy contact. The group is composed of very different personalities. Working together as a team seems impossible at first. Yet over the course of many missions, trust is won and friendships are made. The characters develop their own dynamic and each member will have to face their own personal demons. One of the leaders of this team is Hayato, an agile ninja, who clears the way through his enemies silently, with his sword and shuriken. Samurai Mugen prefers a more powerful approach and can defeat more fiends at one time, but thus also forfeiting flexibility.

13 Fantastycznych misji które można przechodzić na kilka sposobów. Zajęło mi to prawie 30h a przeszedłem otrzymując za misje max, 3/9 odznak co świadczy o tym, że jest dużo odznak do zebrania. Jeśli ktoś lubi takie gry skradanka/taktyka oraz kolekcjonować odznaki to ta gra jest strzałem w dziesiątkę. Chwila oddechu i wracam po resztę odznak do kolekcji. Jak dla mnie świetnie spędzony czas.

I haven't played much in shadow tactics but as for samurai style fan I can say that this games is doing its own job. combat system and strategy that you need to use to don't get seen is realy fun. also learning how every character works is much of fun and helps you understand how to play right. For some people I think that this game may be hard to play. Even tho I would still recomend it to them :D

Gra początkowo specyficzna i trudna. ale jak ogarniemy już mechanikę to jest naprawdę ciekawa i wciągająca. Polecam kupywać na przecenie gdyż gra jest fajna ale zdecydowanie zbyt droga jak na to co nam oferuje

Very well done spiritual successor to the Commandos series, set in feudal japan during the Tokugawa campaign. The camera controls and gameplay are the smoothest I've seen in these types of games, by far better than the more recent new addition to the Commandos series, despite it being newer.
What I like about this game is that the team members are very diverse in their powers and capabilities, making each team member count. The missions are also well designed, follow a coherent and comprehensive story. They also allow the player to choose many different approaches towards completeing the goals and set a degree of varying challenges for each mission which provides a replay value. The missions themselves vary between small scale stealth to joining in large scale assaults and grand battles that you'd see in a Akira Kurosawa movie, which is very engaging and etertaining.
The audio visual style of the game works very well too. Character models are styled correctly for their depicted era and model animations also work towards the immersion (i.e. the game takes itself seriously like a simulation rather than an arcade game). The music score is done well, evoking the right sense of feudal japan music with modern touches. It also changes dramatically accordingly, guiding the player through what goes on screen.
All in all, the game is a solid 9.5/10 for me. Well recommended.

świetna gra skradankowa
jeśli ktoś jest fanem tego gatunku to pozycja obowiązkowa
bardzo przypomina vibe starych commandosów jednak w zupełnie innym IPsie
zróżnicowanie postaci a przez to kombinowanie w każdej misji daje niesamowitą satysfakcje
spotkałem się z kilkoma problemami technicznymi- m.in bugowanie się postaci podczas biegania jednak zdarzało się to głównie podczas "dziwnego" ustawienia kamery w stosunku do tego co było na ekranie- jednak było to frustrujące.
Pomimo kilku lat na karku gra nadal broni się oryginalną oprawą graficzną oraz satysfakcjonującym gameplayem
