Shadow Tactics is a hardcore tactical stealth game set in Japan around the Edo period. Take control of a team of deadly specialists and sneak in the shadows between dozens of enemies. Choose your approach when infiltrating mighty castles, snowy mountain monasteries or hidden forest camps. Set traps, poison your opponents or completely avoid enemy contact. The group is composed of very different personalities. Working together as a team seems impossible at first. Yet over the course of many missions, trust is won and friendships are made. The characters develop their own dynamic and each member will have to face their own personal demons. One of the leaders of this team is Hayato, an agile ninja, who clears the way through his enemies silently, with his sword and shuriken. Samurai Mugen prefers a more powerful approach and can defeat more fiends at one time, but thus also forfeiting flexibility.

Seit langen mal ein Spiel welches mich richtig fesselt. Man kann Stundenlang Zeit damit verbringen über die eine oder andere Strategie zur Erfüllung der Mission zu tüfteln.

I love this game. Its a bit older, but you just feel the love the devs put into it. These were other times of game making. Every detail is lovely, the story is compelling, the characters are well written and deep. You can feel the emotion. I love it, that its not a fast paced modern game with fantasy and magic. The last game from the devs Shadow Gambit is the opposite of how they started. Play this one and the dlc, you wont regret it, if you like strategy based games.

Great Stealth Tactic Game. Very challenging, especially if trying to get all badges on highest difficulty and especially the speedruns. Even when you "only" want to play the missions without aiming for all badges, this is still a great game.

Das typische "Commandos" nur eben im feudalen Japan. Die Missionen sind teilweise knackig und man muss öfter mal Spielstände neu laden. Aber der Schwierigkeitslevel macht es in diesen Games ja aus. Unmöglich zu schaffen ist es nicht.

Schöne Story, Atmosphäre und thematische Level. Es ist ein Rätselspiel bei dem ein Taktik zum Ziel führt.
Oft gibt es nicht so viele Möglichkeiten, wie man gerne hätte und viel Zeit vergeht beim Ausprobieren von Lösungsansätzen. Dieses Brute-Force ist teilweise etwas ermüdend.
