The ultimate Serious Sam experience: incredible setpieces, good artstyle, much weapon and enemy variety, large amount of content, it's just great.
I recommend this over the HD version for 2 reasons:
1) The HD version doesn't have variable gravity, rendering a few areas in the game very underwhelming compared to the original.
2) Only in the original can you shoot yourself with your own cannonball and die instantly.
If you prefer the HD version, you will have just as much fun, but a few moments are less spectacular. So play this one for singleplayer. If you want to go for multiplayer, the HD version is definitely recommended.

Development on Serious Sam TSE began immediately after the release of TFE, This is basically the same game as the original but with new additions. More weapons, more enemies, never before seen levels/maps and the cherry on top? It also has co-op so you can play with friends too. Plus it still has the same protagonist we all know, Sam himself.
The First Encounter was a gem itself but The Second Encounter is WAY BETTER. Consider buying TSE on sale. Absolutely recommended

This game is awesome, and a part of my childhood. The graphics are good, the gameplay is GREAT, and the fun factor is 10 out of 10! :) Definitely recommend it to anyone who's interestest and/or an FPS fan.

Has the flow and intense action as a boomer shooter, all with a very fun array of weapons to use and enemies of all kinds that require you to not only be fast but also smart in your course of action. I had a lot of fun with this game and its cheesy charm only adds to the fun, especially John Dick's voice acting

i love serious sam since i was a kid from the age of blockbuster video easy i would rent this game out nearly every chance i had on the xbox and to this day i still love coming back to the games when i get a the chance highly recommand all the old sam games and some of the new ones

Serious The Second Encounter is marvelous sequel that much improve with his predecessor game,fantastic music and fantastic atmosphere about three type of location
If you love FPS Arena style you will love all the serious sam saga
