Years after taking Stilwater for their own, the Third Street Saints have evolved from street gang to household brand name, with Saints sneakers, Saints energy drinks and Johnny Gat bobble head dolls all available at a store near you. The Saints are kings of Stilwater, but their celebrity status has not gone unnoticed. The Syndicate, a legendary criminal fraternity with pawns in play all over the globe, has turned its eye on the Saints and demands tribute. Refusing to kneel to the Syndicate, you take the fight to Steelport, a once-proud metropolis reduced to a struggling city of sin under Syndicate control. Take a tank skydiving, call in a satellite-targeted airstrike on a Mexican wrestling gang, and defend yourself against a highly-trained military force using only a sex toy in the most out- landish gameplay scenarios ever seen, igniting a city-wide war that will set Steelport on fire. Strap it on.

War mein Einstiegstitel der Saints Row Reihe und habe es damals echt gefeiert.
War vor allem von GTA kommend zunächst etwas abstrus und hart an der Grenze zu "zu abgedreht", hat die Balance aber für mich gerade so gehalten.
Ein solider Open World Titel, der auch in Koop ziemlich Spaß macht. Story, Waffen und teils Gameplay driften eher ins Abgedrehte und ist definitiv überzeichnet.
Bei der Suche nach einem realistischen Simulator also lieber von dannen ziehen. Bei der Suche nach verrückter Action mit Comedy, dann schon deutlich eher was für einen.

A good game if you are not into much at all. I mean the story is borderline, the graphics are okay for the time it was released. The gameplay is okay aswell, nothing special really still better than the new SR game.

Das Spiel kam zwar leicht an 1 und 2 ran, aber war auch nicht der beste Teil leider.

Das Spiel ist zwar alt aber gut.

War echt überrascht: Ein Spiel, was in absolut jeder Hinsicht GTA V überlegen ist. 90GB weniger, kein Online-Zwang.. viel mehr Möglichkeiten auch nach der Haupt-Story. Klamotten bleiben an... Generell wahnsinnig viele Customization-Möglichkeiten für das Aussehen. Macht alles deutlich mehr Spass, Steuerung ist besser, es geht vieles deutlich schneller und es nimmt sich nicht ganz so ernst wie GTA V.
