Match engine
Created from the ground up, using real life animations and player movements, incorporating a host of tactical options in both attack and defence.
New User Interface
Lively animated user interface, which makes navigating the game easy, as well as being easy on the eye.
New manager attributes
Managers now have a host of attributes like the players themselves, which combine to give an overall rating.
New executive board evaluations
Executive board will now judge your managerial performance in many different ways. Only maintaining these levels will lead to your job security.
New Player sales negotiations
The sale of your own players can now be negotiated, so you can either play it safe and except the early offers, or hold out for a better deal.
New manager types
The starting manager now has a variety of managerial types he can start as, each carrying bonuses in specific areas.
New tactical options
As well as the Ad-Lib attack style, there is now Structured-Flexible and Structured-Rigid to choose from.
New financial budgets
Clubs will now have budgets for payroll, transfers and ground improvements. Over spending budgets will not be taken lightly by the executive board.
New Database
New imagery, attributes, kits and badges.
320 Clubs
Including clubs from both the northern and southern hemispheres.

Control all staffing, including Assistants, Coaches, Doctors & Physios

After a few hours playing here is my review of the game (early access) and my wishes for the future :
The game is good, can't be compared yet to a football manager obviously but by far the best rugby sim I've played
Game easy to understand, the menus are clear, there is a wide variety of things you can do
I would love to see in the future and in the final version :
an ingame editor, especially as it's frustrating when you notice a mistake in a name, position etc... and can't fix it once your game is on
a research menu in the scouting tab
an option to look for players in the last year of their contract to have the possibility to plan your recruitement (and the possibilty to offer a contract to a player to play for you the next season once he's free)
an option to save one or two lineups (kinda annoying to change it all everytime you change something)
a scrolling menu for your messages as opposed to the current day to day system
Scrolling is sometimes difficult in the lists as it's black on black background
Anyway, most of these features will probably be in the final game and won't stop you from playing and having fun right now.

The best Rugby Union management game in my opinion.
This time they decided to go with an enhanced Editor which, provided that they give us the possibility to add further leagues should make the modding possibility massives!
The communaity is already very active on Discord and we will soon have a full and complete Databasis with the proper player names.
Great progress from the prior version and the 3D engine has been seriously improved.
I strongly recommand this game :)

Après 2 heures de jeu ,la première chose pour moi c'est la prise en main , c'est compliqué , pleins de choses, c'est pas clair et surtout toutes ces icones , il faudrait quand on passe la sourie sur une icone qu'en surbrillance arrive ce qu'elle veux dire cela améliorerait la prise en main du jeu . Donc en pleine découverte du jeu je vais pas dire qu'il est bon ou mauvais je vais juste essayer de continuer a jouer pour essayer de comprendre toutes ces icones. J'arrive pas non plus a avoir le peine écran ce qui serait a mon avis plus lisible . Il manque pour les transfert a mon avis la note moyenne du joueur qui permettrait plus facilement de trouver des joueurs ...voir déja les petits trucs qui me chagrine. bon jeu
