I usually don't do well with fast-paced games but this one is a lot of fun.
I chose a lot of loud up-beat songs to see just how fast the game could get. The trailers had me thinking that it looked too slow and easy and I wanted to see how flexible the intensity was.
It's an addictive, intense and engrossing way to play your music. I kept failing but I just wanted to try again and again. I only stopped playing because I had other things I needed to do. The gameplay is simple, yet fun. A runner with a slight parkour feel to it, you duck under and dive over obstacles to keep yourself going. It's hard enough to be challenging and to give you that feeling of intensity, but easy enough for you to still be able to engross yourself in the music.
This game has a nice balance and I personally found the controls to be quite intuitive and the graphics to be very pleasant.
As a fan of the genre I would say that this is definitely worth a try if you like to jam out to your music while you play.

the game is fun and you can play it while listening to your own music. you can change your speed and object distance and even give the stage a new appearance. theres also different modes to play. a lot of fun for little money! thats what i like!

I've played the demo for this a while back, and it was already pretty decent. I played the full game today and I could already see a lot of improvements. The models look more polished, and the map seems cleaner. The custom song support is really good, and gives me a reason to replay.
The controls are simple, and the graphics are good, even on the lowest setting. The gameplay itself is also good, and there's a lot of game-modes to choose from. Getting achievements is really fun too.
I had a lot of fun playing this, and I wish it's future the best of luck.
I really like how I could buy it on Gamejolt too. Most steam games don't do that. I got the game on steam for free because I got it on gamejolt for anyone wonderig.

I can't complain too much since it's only 1 dollar. It's a simple game. You jump around and shoot things. It doesn't fit the music too well, but the visuals are neat. The song browser is annoying, though, since it puts all of your indexed songs in one list. Get the songs you want ready beforehand.
As for difficulty, it is TOUGH. It seems easier than when I tried it in early access, but there's little room for mistakes. Didn't hit the glass in 1 or 2 shots? Say hello to die. Especially on the hardest difficulty where if you make a single mistake, you fail the song.
Oh and also it has SEVENTY EIGHT ACHIEVEMENTS

To be completely honest this is one of my favorite games and the price is insanely low for such a great time consumer. I play a lot of H1Z1, Playerunknown, Shellshock, etc. but none of them keep me entertained for more than an hour or so before I have to switch it up. I played this for 2 hours today and would have kept playing have I not had work. Added my music from the desktop and have a great time! Runs extremely well and does a great job at aligning the colors with the music. I hope to see this game blow up in the community.. For all the CSgoSurf players and Clustertruck fans, this is the one you have been looking for.
Con: A little too sensitive when you move left and right, other than that it's been great. Hope to see more levels/maps in the near future.

Rhythm Rush, simple and fun. It has three different game modes, six different maps, and some Bosses which i havent got to. It starts with 3 song (NCS Release) but you can add you own songs, which I enjoyed! I recommend the Song S3RL - Escape (Feat. Emi) I think it a perfect song to any Rhythm Game.

what starts just as another runner game appears to have much more deeper concept behind:
so first about the game - you run avoiding bigger obstacles and shooting lighter obstacles, this is already enough for the game, and there are a lot of similar games in steam, but:
first - wall jumps. this is already a thing that is not usual for most runner games.
second: different visual modes. developer could definitely make 6 different games with these different modes, but he made one, with all in one.
third: difficulties - its not that often met in quite simple ranner games.
and perhaps the biggest difference is music: first, game's a great music visualizer, so you can just have the game on to have light music; then - three pleasant tracks included i just didn't expect to meet, and, finally, the ability to add your own music as to any music player.
game's definitely worth to buy, 3 tracks alone cost more :)
