Wow. Rez is as thrilling as it was 20 years ago. I especially like how all the visuals and sound effects are perfectly in sync with the beats, without forcing me to act in sync (which is what I don't like about many other rhythm games). The soundtrack is still pretty cool, and the music keeps intensifying while proceeding into higher stages, which makes each level an exhilarating trip.
In addition to the levels, I had hoped for a open gameplay mode, with varying surrounding, enemies and music. All the additional gameplay options (except area X) are more or less variations of the same 5 levels. But still, great overall experience, even without VR.
