Despite being inspired by a difficult game about climbing and only up, reuprise is a game that feel more like a 3d exploration game than a foddian game.
There is a lots of path and secret to uncover which makes it a really fun exploration game, but as a foddian, most of the path are really long and once you find the most optimal one, you'll always use it. You unlock a double jump at around 25% of the map which unlock more skip from the beginning if you fall.
But the thing is if you fall, you often have to restart from the beginning, which is why i consider it less foddian and more alt f4 like as its either a 100% progression loss or you land on a path that is not optimal and its better to just fall down to take the more optimal path.
It still end up being a fun game in my opinion, but falling 20-50 time in a row to the beginning can be annoying and rage inducing for some.

The game is awesome.
Quite an interesting level design, really like variety of ways to get to certain points.
Higher you go, harder the obstacles get. Gives strong vibe of Bennett Foddy Getting Over It.
Also nice memes and references here and there.
Definitely worth the money I paid for it.
