Pyre is a party-based RPG from the creators of Bastion and Transistor. Lead your band of exiles to freedom through a series of mystical competitions in the Campaign, or challenge a friend to a fast-paced ritual showdown in the head-to-head Versus Mode. As you traverse the desolate and beautiful Downside, you'll battle against a colorful cast of adversaries in pitched, high-stakes confrontations. Pyre is a true gem of a game. It has a nice balance between tactical decisions and demanding action parts. But most of all it shines with a fine developed fantasy story that lets you deeply immers yourself into as well as well written characters that you can emphazise with easily. A one of akind gaming experience I really enjoyed and which leaves lasting impression on me.
