if you’re not ready to “double down” on the Las Vegas expansion, quite a bit of new content has been added to the base game in version 1.5. Here are some highlights:
- Mover’s office – Move things around your tower once you’ve built a mover’s office to coordinate and manage the process.

Ich spiele Project Highrise immer mal wieder und finde es richtig entspannt. Perfekt, um für ein bis zwei Stunden abzuschalten und einfach in Ruhe zu bauen. Das Spielprinzip ist super simpel, aber trotzdem tief genug, um einen länger zu beschäftigen.
Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass man seinen Wolkenkratzer wirklich nach eigenen Vorstellungen gestalten kann. Ob Büros, Wohnungen, Restaurants oder Luxusapartments – es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, und jede Entscheidung beeinflusst, wie gut das Gebäude läuft. Man muss Mieter glücklich halten, auf die Infrastruktur achten und dafür sorgen, dass alles rund läuft. Gerade diese Mischung aus kreativem Bauen und Management macht echt Laune.
Was ich auch stark finde, sind die verschiedenen Szenarien und Erweiterungen. Die DLCs bringen coole neue Inhalte rein, sodass das Spiel auch nach längerer Zeit nicht langweilig wird. Ich spiele meistens ohne großen Stress, aber wer eine Herausforderung sucht, kann sich auch an schwierigere Missionen wagen.
Unterm Strich ist Project Highrise für mich ein richtig gutes Aufbauspiel. Man kann entspannt drauflosbauen, sich ein bisschen in Management vertiefen und dabei richtig gut abschalten. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Aufbauspiele mögen!

Es dauert etwas, bis man sich reingefuchst, aber dann ist es eines der Spiele, bei denen man die Zeit vergisst und Tage am Stück damit verbringen kann. Das Interface ist nicht perfekt. So könnte das Scrolling etwas schneller sein und es wäre hilfreich, direkt die Größen und eventuell Anforderungen und Abneigungen schon im Buy-Menü zu sehen. Man klickt oft quasi alles durch, um zu probieren, was noch wohin passt, das hätte man irgendwie besser machen können. Tut dem Spielspaß aber kein Abbruch :)

Ich mag das Spiel, nur wird es leider ziemlich schnell repetetiv.
Man könnte fast sagen: Kennste eine Etage, kennst du alle Etagen.
Ist leider eher ein bisschen Fließbandarbeit mit wenig Interaktion zwischen den verschiedenen Gebäuden.
Die Unternehmen, die sich so ansiedeln haben leider keine wirkliche Laufkundschaft. Heißt die Restaurants und so weiter leben von den Unternehmen, die auch keine Kunden haben, aber die Miete zahlen. Die Läden und Restaurants sind die einzigen, die Einnahmen erzielen müssen, um zufrieden zu sein.
Eine Arztpraxis, die 50-60 Besucher täglich hat und dadurch die Verkäufe des Drogeriemarktes im Eingangsbereich pusht ist leider nicht vorhanden. Es gibt einfach keine wirkliche Symbiose zwischen den verschiedenen Unternehmen.
Bleibt leider viel auf der Strecken, was man hätte so viel besser machen können.
Aber ich habe das Spiel für 2€ oder so erworben und hatte einige interessante Stunden, daher ist das für mich fair und für diesen Preis auch empfehlenswert.
Ich werde das Spiel sicher ab und zu nochmal anwerfen und weiterspielen, aber ich denke 2 Durchgänge und man hat alles gesehen und erlebt und durch die fehlenden Interaktionen ist auch keine wirkliche Strategie nötig. Das einzige, was Auswirkungen hat ist Lärm, der von Restaurants/Läden etc produziert wird und wo Büros etc dann nicht in der Nähe sein wollen. Das ist das einzig strategische an dem Spiel: Wie baue ich ein Restaurant, das gefordert wird ein, ohne dass es die Büros behindert.

Inspiriert von Sim Tower ist dieses Spiel dennoch ganz anders, eine Hochhaus Simulation mit vielen wirtschaftlichen Aspekten, sehr umfangreich. Den Mehrwert der ganzen Zusatzpaketen, habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden.
