I'll be reviewing this game as it plays and perform on the steam deck.
Side not: im a sucker for magical girl corruption so im a bit bias.
Why are most of the magical girl hentai games on steam so well made?
The game itself is your standard H-RPG made on RPG-maker, so in that regard it is quite ordinary.
If you play this game without the patch, it's a overpriced adventure game about a girl trying to get back home and restore her life as it was before the events of the prologue. Generic story and setting.
The game truly shines in the patched version of the game. Which has gigabytes of added content.
Which has a variety of status debuffs, losing scenes, wholesome romances, and a in-depth sin tracker that shows your addictions, karama, and other such things necessary to know to achieve different endings.
The patching process isn't difficult for anyone familiar with the process, just run the patcher with steam's porton and select the patcher and then select the game folder path.
Performance on the deck is great, haven't encountered a single crash.
Gameplay... let's be honest, no one is playing this game for the turn based combat, it's the generic kind you find anywhere.
Overall opinion, game is a masterpiece that is a relatively cheap for a ticket to hell.

Wow Even with the small amount of time I've played this (Wait it's already been 6 hrs... holy @#$%! I had no idea.) I can already tell this is a great game. As I had hoped it would be, given the combination of my favorite H game formula (Shimobashira Workshop) with the quality shown in U-room's other game the TRAUMATIZING experience "Dark Hero party"
So far I've experienced Great writing, great characterization, the dirty stuff being Soooo dirty, and the dark stuff being appropriately dark. Overall the vibes are much more in line with games like "Enishia and the Binding Brand" and "Magical Girl Celesphonia" than with the aforementioned DHP... and that is a good thing because this IS NOT the week I need extra emotional scars.
The combat system is especially interesting and probably the best one I've seen in a game of this kind excepting maybe Karryn's prison.
I'll add to this review once I've beaten the game, or if my opinion changes
UPDATE:
Stiill loving the game. It's definitely in my top 5 H games I've ever played, however I do have one minor annoyance, and that's the fact that there are too many repeatable events where the dialogue and actions are repeated VERBATIM. This is a real miss in a game with jobs, as it makes ever repeating the jobs a chore. I had the same issue with Claire's Quest... (Which I also love) I really wish game devs would learn this lesson... It's better to leave out the job system if you aren't going to have even a little variety on the repeats... or at least the option to skip. This is one area where the Shimobashira workshop games VERY clearly win out.

So far it's solid. I can tell this will be a lot like Magical Girl Celesphonia.
Just started, finished the tutorial, and it's very involved with all the game mechanics, its kind of a lot to take in, to be honest. Lots of mechanics related to each element, and how they work together, dark slows and weakens enemies, and wind can only be used in certain situations... it's frankly a lot to take in. But the art is nice, the UI is so well designed, and the artwork is amazing.
It's likely going to be more involved with it's RPG mechanics than your average RPG maker Eroge game, so you might need to really try to understand the mechanics before you manage to accurately get into the flow of the game's mechanics. The story is corruption based, entirely. Your innocent Protagonist, for some reason, releases certain "Pheremones" and was raised in a very sheltered envrionment. It's heavily implied she was betrayed as well by her maid, and now finds herself on an island, left to her own devices as she tries to figure her way in the "real world" which is a night and day comparison to how she was raised. She's depresingly naive, and she will make you frusterated at her lack of real world experience and lack of wariness of men. As we all know, men are the worst, and must be avoided like a plague, especially if you value the "Pure" route, which is something I default to in all Eroge's in my first playthrough, as I want to see the actual gameplay choices availible in each of these eroge games, which are often confined heavily to the premise of it's genre.
Will update if needed, but if you like as mentioned in the beginning, M.G.C., this game will be a solid continuation from that game. It's not a sequel, but it sure feels like at least a prequel to that game as this takes place in the past, with goblins afoot, and other monsters.

Patch is available on the publisher's website.
There is a lot of content and a lot of things to do, bunch of quest, which aren't the easiest to do because they don't exactly have quest markers around the map and on the ground. Figure stuff out yourself, and read the quest descriptions is what you need to do. The game is long and can be time consuming, and the quest system is one of the reasons for that. There is a lot of dialogue, and I can't comment on that because I skipped it all.
The combat is good. It is all double battle, you and your navi. At least that's what is reminds me of. You unlock spells by doing quests and stories of some of the characters in the game. Unlocking the fire spells is part of the main story if I remember correctly, so thats simple enough. The others aren't mandatory, as far as I know, but I did some of them. You also unlock other types of spells by being lewd. Maxing that out will give you EROS domination, which is an AOE one-shot. Basicly, going lewd is putting the game on easy mode.
The lewd parts are good. There are some characters and some enemies that you can interact with to get these lewd scenes. Some of the enemies are in the city and are pretty high level. I think 2 of them are random encounters when travelling down a street. Then there is one who tries to zap you or hypnotise you or something like that, and he is waiting around the city to ambush you. He will only attack when you want to remove the hypnotization, and if I remember correctly he's level 40. I ended the game at around 34 or so. There is also a quest that tells you to deliver a package to an address, but that is a fight with a guy who till rape you till you get pregnant. I don't remember his level, but I think he's lower than the other guy. And yes, there are pregnancies in the game. You can only get pregnant twice before you get an ending because Alcy gets sad or something and wants to be a mother. You then get a choice, reset everything and start over, or only reset pregnancies and continue. So it's not the end of the game if you get children.
The scenes themselves are mostly still images and the insertions are animated.
The game is good and I can recommend it, but I dont think the price is quite right. Sure the game has a lot of content, but not enough to justify full price. Wait for a sale and then get the game is my recommendation. Sale doesn't need to be too big though, I'd say its worth it at a 30% discount 7/10.

Although combat might be tedious and simple (Until you get to the DLC content). It's a fun game.
At first I didn't care too much about the stoyu. But when I actually started to read it, I kind of liked it.
The story is pretty nice.
Although not easy to avoid at times. Game can be beaten virgin.
