You have to play a small trolley that travels through this world full of classified Russian military technologies. Reach the end through a tangle of rails and pipes, overcoming cities and protected dwellings.
The action of the steampunk game ” Pnevmo-Capsula: Domiki ” takes place in Russia of the 70s. The player will dive in many authentic types of Russian life and interaction with him.

It's a wonderful little journey into a strange world that essentially consists of one huge mail-delivering Rube Goldberg contraption. You control a mail tube on a track and proceed by solving simplistic puzzles and altering the current on the track to change directions. There are some four digit numberpad puzzles thrown in. They are easy, but a few of them made me pause for a bit. I really like the world that this game creates. It's very mystical and mysterious. There are no characters and no real story, but you do get some world building through the letters you deliver. The music and sound design is fantastic.
It's not very long, taking only 1-2 hours to complete, but I enjoyed moving through it and found it to be a pretty unique experience in the exploration/puzzle genre, though I do wish it was more challenging.

My impression is that someone creative had a great time modelling landscapes and suspended train tracks and vertical switches and all sorts of unusual machines, after which they decided to tack on some gameplay to attract viewers, but had no knack for that part, only coming up with weak, derivative filler.
There are 3 activities the player has to repeat, all with much backtracking:
- Guessing where on the tracks to press Y to stop, and to keep pressing until something reacts.
- Trying to spot holes in the tracks to avoid long setbacks upon falls; most are virtually invisible due to camera distance.
- Entering 4-digits numbers read from nearby lists.
Not overly exciting, can hardly be called a puzzler, and the last segment is exhaustingly stretched and repetitive.
Yet I'll be generous when tepidly pointing my thumb.
Because it works as intended, some of you like this kind of gameplay (I didn't hate it,) curiosity is kept titillated throughout, and the art delivers.
