Was für ein großartiges RPG!
Anstatt einfach nur mehr vom Gleichen zu bieten, schlägt Pillars of Eternity 2 mit dem Deadfire-Archipel eine ganz andere Richtung als der Vorgänger ein. Das neue Setting ist wunderschön, steckt voller abwechslungsreicher Inseln und macht das Erkunden zu einem echten Highlight.
Auch das Kampfsystem fühlt sich noch einmal runder an und macht von Anfang bis Ende richtig Spaß. Dazu kommen hervorragend geschriebene Quests mit interessanten Entscheidungen, die einen immer neugierig auf die nächste Aufgabe machen. Ich konnte kaum aufhören zu spielen und habe es in kürzester Zeit regelrecht durchgesuchtet.

Ein Hammer von CRPG, ich zocke es im Rundenbasierten Modus auf Pfad der Verdammten und es macht einen Höllen Spaß, wenn man in Ruhe ganz gechillt Zockt. So wie am Lagerfeuer sitzen und eine schöne Geschichte hören.
Ich kann es nur jedem Empfehlen. Viel Spaß

I did ignore the game for a long time in my Library. Bad decision. It very good, Combat is fun (much better then in the first game). Story good. And ... u can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ see if u have a level for a quest (that one annoyed me a lot in the first game, i kept running into quest which i was not supposed to do at the moment.) Good thing they fixed that :D kinda... i still do it, but thats a me problem. Also i played this one before the first one... u can do that... but at least read or watch the story from the first one somewhere. I did not and got confused at some points. :D Still buy this one, its good. Oh one bad thing: The Main Story is kinda short: 12,4h :D so... do sidequest trust.

One of the best CRPGs I have ever played. The lore is absolutely unique, and the mix of firearms, magic, and its very own steampunk influences is incredibly interesting. The combat system is also really well done. In addition to what I believe are 66 classes, there is an endless variety of possibilities and a truly great community that is always willing to help. I really hope there will be a Pillars of Eternity 3 one day.

Es ist ein herausragendes, isometrisches Gruppen-Rollenspiel. Es zeichnet sich durch ein tiefgründiges Kampfsystem, ein hohes Maß an Variabilität sowie ein einzigartiges Setting – das Deadfire-Archipel – aus, das klassische Fantasy mit Seefahrtabenteuern und Piratenthemen verbindet.

+ Verbessertes Kampfsystem (RTwP oder Rundenbasierend, PoE 1 hat es nun auch)
+ Flexibler Charakterfortschritt (Multiklassen)
+ Seeabenteuern (Eigenes Schiff mit Besatzungen (Wasser, Proviant, Moral) und Verbesserungen, Seegefechte als interaktives Buch)
+ Lebendige Fraktionen (Reputation und weitreichende Konsequenzen)
Streitpunkte und Schwachstellen :
+- Schwache Hauptgeschichte ( Vorwand um Welt zu erkunden, Neben- und Fraktionsquest deutlich besser ausgearbeitet)
+- Lore-Overload (Die Fülle an Fachterminologie, Göttern und Weltgeschichte mag Neulinge einschüchtern (PoE 1 wissen vom Vorteil))

Großartiges Spiel.
Es gibt, im Gegensatz zum 1. Teil, ein paar Sachen die nicht richtig funktionieren. Wegfindung im Kampf beispielsweise. Das kann aber nicht über über die Klasse des Spiels hinwegtäuschen. Starke Story. Und, was mir gut gefällt, kein wirkliches (schon gar nicht vorgegebenes) Richtig oder Falsch.
Sehr empfehlenswert.
