is this game just a short game?

We agreed very early on in our prototype development phase to create a prototype that was more than it needed to be. We called it internally “Playable Teaser”. We wanted to develop this P.T. as a standalone part of the game and create a demo that could stand on its own. Even though the game time is only one hour, we are convinced that the Playable Teaser is a prologue to “Paws and Leaves – A Thracian Tale” with its own value.

Now our Playable Teaser has been given a name and sends you into an emotional short story to learn more about Me’s previous events in “Paws and Leaves – Roots of Me”.

About the Game

Paws and Leaves – A Thracian Tale

Paws and Leaves – Roots of Me is a 3rd person story-driven game in which you will be experiencing the short prologue of “Paws and Leaves – A Thracian Tale”.

This is the story of a young fox’s premature death. While discovering a forest, you will learn how to interact with the world step by step and start to see it in new playful ways, while you help Me to remember his senses. You will need the help of time and seasons to find pieces of your memory that lead your way through this very touching journey.
