Its not fun.
But that is how it is meant to be.
Play it blind.

It takes a while to understand what makes this game so good. After that, you can't put it down.
It's also a bit like a stress simulator.

Great game - if you like good and deep stories with difficult decisions you will love it!
One thing I really liked: a lot of things are happening in the game and often you cannot do everything (like in many other games) - all the time - basically every minute you have to decide: whom should I help - where should I go (like it is in the real life).
Because of this the story was really immersive for me

Ein sehr spezielles Game, in dem es gefühlt immer zu wenig Zeit gibt, um alles zu erledigen und man sich bei jeder zweiten Entscheidung schlecht fühlt. Und gleichzeitig macht es ordentlich Spass als Pestdoktor möglichst vielen zu helfen. Dennoch nur empfehlenswert für Leute mit Frusttoleranz.

Phantastisch mystisch düstere Atmosphäre und fesselnde Story.
Intelligent gestaltete poetisch philosophische Dialoge.
Sehr kreatives und neuartig surreales Setting sowie Spielmechanik.
Diese fügt sich durch den herausfordernden Survivalaspekt sehr gut in die gewollt drückende Atmosphäre ein.
Meisterwerk 10/10.

Es weniger ein Spiel als eine Erfahrung.
Diese Erfahrung ist ein Liebesbrief an die Videospielkunst selbst.
Mach es Spaß? Manchmal...
Ist es Frustrierend? Immer!
Aber Pathologic "spielt" nicht in der Liga mit anderen Videospielen.
Es sind einzigartige Emotionen die hier aufkommen.
Nichts ist ihr normal oder einfach, nicht einmal der Tod.
