Para Ark

Actually very addictive game, I came to see anime tiddies and stayed for the strategy and micro managing.
I got the demo, got 6 hours in, decided to buy the game and binged the entire game in 9 hours. Then spent another 3 hours cleaning up some things I missed.
Yeah there's a couple of gripes I have with it though. I challenged myself to a no pregnancy run, only relying on the npcs that are gifted to you. So I finished my playthrough with no mating at all, but towards the end of the game she brags about mating with loads of different creatures.
Not in my playthrough you didn't!
So after clearing the game I decided to collect all the girls I missed out on, but there's this god awful stretching animation that looks like a scab on her stomach/breasts getting bigger. I hate it, and was looking everywhere for a setting to turn it off. There's a setting for everything else: No futa, no breast preg, no counter sex! But not one to turn off the vomit inducing stretching animations. Also! It's every time! Every pregnancy has the same gross stretching animations.
Apart from that pretty good, a lot of references to other works that are really well pulled off and not too on the nose, until the aliens reference at the end of the game where he started dropping lines from the movies.
That's the line, the samus aran references, perfect. The azur lane reference, perfect. The aliens reference, waaay to on the nose. Also *Spoiler!* the dark sasha storyline goes no where in the end. As a big dark samus fan it was a bit of a let down.
And would it have killed you to add the same animation level from the entire game to the post game fan service scene when you break the computer? It's just shakey cam and still images.
Other than that! Great game, There's a nice trio of systems between actual progression, resource gathering and ship upgrades. Everytime I'd unlock a new galaxy I'd think to myself "I can't wait to see the new crafting recipes so I can upgrade my miners" and everytime I got resources from my miners I'd say "I can't wait to use these resources to upgrade my ships weapons" And everytime I'd upgrade my ships weapons I'd say "I can't wait to use these goddess juices to make my characters op so I can progress the story quicker"

The resource gathering in Para Ark 1 was a bit annoying but the sex attacks were fun. Thankfully, this was fixed in Para Ark 2. The character bloat of companions was a bit overwhelming for me as I struggled to remember anyone's names but they all had cool and unique artwork.

Overall, would say this is a great STHodDogGame. If you played his other games, you will definitely enjoy this one. Plenty of sex scenes with SO MANY different types of monsters all with unique animations. The planets were fun to explore and gather resources. And the fights were challenging while not going to far to being annoying. And for those who want to avoid the fights, the search patterns of enemies are easy enough to dodge. Though in terms of Steam games, would say this is an average porn game. The story was decent but lacked a lot of that personal struggle. For example, I could not figure out why Pangea Continent is struggling with resources as Freya was able to build a galactic supply logistics hub. Or why the Company is this big threat when they always seem to react to what the player is doing instead of being proactive. The game also suffered a bit from character bloat when there were so many characters it was difficult to remember any of the characters. Not helped when they do not interact much with each other or the main character Freya (with the rare exception of side quests).

absolutely amazing game, based dev, and all around practically perfect game apart from the grind (which i will admit can b a bit much at times). but other than that, if you like the kind of stuff in this game and are willing to work in order to see everything (or use cheat 1234) it is 10/10 "waiter waiter! more games like this please!"

Cara se você chegou aqui um conselho, para enquanto ainda é tempo. quero que você entenda o céu é o limite, mas isso aqui já é o começo do abismo, uma queda sem volta mesmo. se você não é um depravado ainda esse é só 1 dos passos pra cair na pegadinha. O jogo é meio bugado mas ele ainda te pesca por mais embaçado que seja, você vai ser comido e não no sentido literal, digo no sentido católico da palavra mesmo, insetos tem p&nis, larvas tem P&nis, uma bola branca flutuante tem p&nis e quando menos esperar até a porra da sua prota vai ter o caralho de um p&nis, do nada você vai ser enrabado por um cavalo e quando for parir a sua filha vai ter um PNIS e eu n to zoando man.
a ideia do jogo é essa tudo aqui vai te usar igual aquela cueca q todo cara tem desde a infância mas enquanto ela n tiver furada até o talo n vamos comprar outra, chega num ponto que você questiona mesmo sua sanidade por ta jogando essa caralha mas se você já tem gostos completamente duvidosos pra pornografia é daqui pra pior mesmo.
não se pergunte o motivo do jogo se passar no c@r@lho do espaço, não se pergunte porque você apaga o fogo enquanto se msturb@, n me venha mandar msg pra falar que literalmente encontrou uma mina gigante como inimiga enquanto tava pilotando e teve que enfiar a nave dentro dela como consolo, eu não tenho resposta pra essa mrda. mas digo o seguinte, independente disso esse jogo vai recomendar outros tão depravados quanto e não adianta mesmo seus gostos vão ficar bizarros, se prepare pra abrir o nhentai e pesquisar qualquer hentai do tiba-santi ou algo pior(sim, pra piorar ainda falta muito e eu já to perdendo as esperanças de fugir dessa brincadeira gostosa)
em resumo passe longe disso man, veja meu review positivo como sinal de causa perdida, a qualidade é zoada e o cara tem outros jogos aqui na loja e eu sei que vou acabar comprando essas mrd@s infelizmente. toda semana eu tenho uma recomendação de alguma novidade semelhante, mas um detalhe alguns a qualidade melhora e isso é péssimo porque sei que minha carteira vai cometer suicídio.
vá embora daqui amigo e não olhe pra trás, salve sua sanidade, salve seu bumbum e principalmente se salve de explicar essa merda pra sua família, nem sua namorada vai te ver com os mesmos olhos e qualquer desejo que antes ela tinha de apimentar a relação vai mandar pro krl por conta do medo de você ter um pior do que o dela(é possível pra krl pra krl mesmo).

o lag você resolve tacando na tela full e tem um guia dizendo onde você arruma um pnis pra sua char la pelos confins da comunidade.

OBS: capaz de em algum momento você encontrar a famigerada galera que curte traps e tem umas ideias diferenciadas sobre a Tailândia. vai fundo, oque rola na Tailândia fica na Tailândia (é serio dificilmente vai achar alguém que fala português então seu segredo vai pro tumulo, ou melhor vão afundar algo no seu tumulo)

Para Ark is a fairly interesting hentai sci-fi RPG. The game itself runs smoothly and without issue. The graphics are a blend of pixel art, psychedelic backgrounds, and clean character art. Overall, the game play is pretty fun as the gameplay loop of exploring planets and caves is very interesting and the space combat, while simplistic, is enjoyable and, at times, intense. The ground based combat takes the form of a traditional turn based RPG with a small number of resources to keep track of during combat alongside a small number of weather effects which also affect the way combat plays out. The story of the game is fairly simplistic and predictable if you are at all familiar with these types of games or have read enough works of fiction in general. That being said, the ending is different and sets up its sequel quite nicely. One key part of the gameplay is the gameplay is the extensive resource collecting and crafting system. Each planet has its own pool of resources that you can harvest from it which in turn can either be used to create a variety of consumable items, equipment, weapons, ship upgrades, industrial machines to collect more resources, or synthesized into more complex materials. This crafting system means that there are a lot of menus in the game which can be intimidating at first. Plus, the large number of different resources means that collecting them all for specific items or upgrades may take a while until most of them become easily obtainable in bulk about halfway through the game. The large number of menus was a plus for me as it reminded me of MMORPGs or older RPGs in general which usually have a bunch of menus to keep track of.

Moving on to the sex, most of the animations are fairly similar with each enemy only having a few unique animations which all follow the same general pattern. This however, does not take away from this aspect that much as there are still a good number of animations which are all very smooth. The breeding aspect of the game is also emphasized as a way to get more teammates meaning that there are plenty of relevant animations and pieces of artwork for each character in the game.

While this is all well and good, the game does have a few drawbacks. The first is that there isn't a terrible amount of variety when it comes to the different parasites and creatures that you can breed with meaning that after a while you won't be finding much new stuff until close to the end of the game and even then, the new creatures are not easy to find. Additionally, leveling up your new teammates can take quite a while if you don't have enough EXP items saved up which can get boring after too long.

Those however, are my only drawbacks to this game. Overall, it's a very fun experience with plenty of corruption and parasites to satisfy you alongside a story which is fairly interesting and takes an unusual turn at the end. It will last you between 10 and 15 hours depending on how you play and whether or not you cheat and I recommend playing it.

Para Ark has a sequel which was released as DLC so I will be reviewing it separately.
