Pacifish is an incremental fishing management game with several mechanics to interact with and improve. It can be played both idly, or more actively to progress faster.
- Fish – Acquire and equip poles and tackle to fish in 6 unlockable areas.
- Fight – Disturbing the waters causes both the fish and the materials to fight back. Earn pixels to improve fighting stats.
- Hatch – Set up and upgrade incubators to hatch large quantities of fish.
- Eat – Consume those large quantities to improve stats such as fishing speed and fight stats.
- Swim – Manually take control of a fish to eat other fish and gain resources.
- Gamble – Spend your earned coin to play slots, or test your memory in a match game.
- Craft – Use materials to craft new poles and tackle, as well as create mods to alter pole stats.

The clicker / idle category is flooded at the moment with non-games. So rest assured that Pacifish is a game with depth and some complexity to it. Worth getting and playing, wouldn't suggest trying to speed through it though.

Genuinely one of the best, if not THE best, fishing games I've ever played in my entire life. This game has everything from fishing to fighting and even a casino. The pixel art in the game is nothing short of perfect. Insanely good; would recommend.

Honestly this game is one of the neatest Free To Play games out there. No ads, nothing really to buy, its literally just a clicker/idle time waster. LOTS of depth to it as well, plenty of neat little things to do, lots of different challenges. Kudos to this developer, seriously, cuz this game is sweet, and you don't gotta pay anything at all at any point. It's just free, casual, and fun. Definitely recommend at least checking it out.

It's a pretty good game. It's definitely an idle game, there's no clicking to it like some other idle games though. It's fully idle, theres nothing for you to do most the time. All in all its good, some of the stuff is a little hidden so its cool to try and find it. Id does have a pretty abrupt end to it tho. I think I couldve completed it quicker if the tutorial/instructions were more clear but there were things I was confused about so it took me a bit longer. I think Dev abandoned it tho, nothing for three years update or patch wise so the content you see is the content you get

It's an idle game. Numbers go up but it's fish-themed this time. I like the different fishing equipment. The supporter DLC might actually be too OP for its price tag, but maybe that's just because I chronically leave my computer on all night running idle games and so came back to a great stack of goodies in my pavilion.

Shorter end idle game, I like the ability to interact with things to speed up the idle process. There’s plenty of things to do besides idle and at times it becomes slightly stressful with all the managing but it’s a good idle game to achievement hunt without spending thousands of hours.

I've 100%-ed both this and the remake (Recast). The remake is cool, but turns out I like the OG more. If you want a solid idle game, play this one. If you think this game is too much idling and you want more content, buy the remake.
