His quest will lead him through enchanted forest and temples where he’ll need to deliver shamans from corruption before the sun sets forever.EnvironmentsThis game has 10 playable levels in which you’ll discover forest and temple environments. Forets are more 3D-platforming-oriented and the temples are puzzle-oriented.SkillsThroughout the adventure, you’ll learn many skills to help you during your quest such as dashing through walls, push rocks, double-jump and even transform your character in a little sphere to access new opportunities.ProductionThe original title was developed in 15 weeks by the students of Campus ADN of 2018-2019 in Montreal, Canada. This videogame school made Blank and Ôpe productions possible. Each game was created by about 30 students in total from Animation, Level Design and Modeling programs during their third semester under the supervision of professionals from the industry.

I was expecting a quick game like other free platformers I've played, but this surprised me! It took me about 4.5 hrs to beat. I'd say it would take around 4-6 hrs for most players to complete during a casual playthrough.
There's a nice storyline with 10 chapters in total. Everything was pretty much straightforward in terms of solving puzzles, while still having some parts that require some skill. I'd say Ope is similar to Spyro in a lot of ways, but definitely more casual.
As other reviews have mentioned there are a few bugs, although I didn't experience any that were game breaking. The most common one I saw was a visual bug where the camera clipped through the map. Another was that some shamans got stuck in their walking animation after their release. Some enemies also got stuck mid-attack before continuing. None of these glitches affected my progression.
TLDR: Ope was a very pleasant and casual platform game that, despite a few bugs, I enjoyed very much.
