The hidden gem and one of my favorite PS1 games. Golden times of Psygnosis games.
It includes the PC version and PS1 version with some emulator. You can choose which one to play when you launch it from Steam.
The best way to play it is the PS1 version through the emulator, like DuckStation or Beetle PSX, separate or in RetroArch, which you can also find on Steam. You can use the disk image provided with this game in "ps1/res" folder. It's much better because you can choose the resolution scale, and don't see these huge pixels, and there's also a geometry correction in modern emulators, which fixes the wobbly polygons of PS1 games.
The screenshots on the store page look terrible, stretched to widescreen. As always, when you stretch 4:3 resolutions...

It is a PS One era game. This includes both PS One version and PC version, both work fine on Windows 11.

This is a classic from my childhood. It's nice to finally have it on steam. However, this contains two versions of the game: the pc port and an emulated PSone version. The PC port lacks music for some reason, which I feel makes it unplayable. I don't know if this is like a Quake 1/2 problem where the CD needs to be in the disc drive or if there's missing files. Otherwise, the PSone version works just fine but requires some rebinding and you have to use its save states to save.

ANOTHER GEM THAT PROVES THE PS1 LIBRARY WAS AN ABSOLUTE FEVER DREAM CAW CAW.
THIS GAME NOW INCLUDES PC VERSION ON TOP OF STRANGE EMULATION OF THE PS1 VERSION CAW CAW. YOU PLAY THE PS1 VERSION AS IT HAS THE MUSIC CAW CAW.
I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAVE ON THIS EMULATION, I DON'T THINK IT'S DUCKSTATION OR ANYTHING WELL KNOWN EITHER CAW CAW.
FOR REASON I WAS SLAPPED ON THE WRIST FOR EVEN TRYING TO PLAY THE PC VERSION CAW CAW. PERHAPS THIS IS REGION LOCKED CAW CAW???
