For me it is one of the best (maybe THE best) free idle games on steam. It is a bit grindy sometimes, but the perfect game to run in the background while reading, studying, working, living ... !

Is it ugly? Yes! Does exactly this make it charming? DEFINITELY!
You really have to be patient to get a grip on the game, but it is worth it. So much to discover, so much progress to make, endless funny references to pop culture.
It is really calming, to see the bars and numbers rising.

I played MANY idle games up to this point, but NGU Idle is by far the best. It may not be intuitive and you may need a guide, but i still really enjoy it.
