This is a great game but the 30 fps cap it may be smooth on console but on pc you need at least 60fps.You can follow those steps .Go to your steam library-->"right click" on nfs rivals--->properties-->under launch options there is a textbox copy and paste this text "-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60.0". If your pc is good enough you will run 60fps steady but it may have some bugs.

I love this game. Redownloaded for the childhood nostalgia and I still love it the same as when I was a kid

For a 2013 game very good. This has a better finale than most wanted 2005. Also has working convertible tops imo. Graphics still hold up pretty good!! Its fun and good for when ur bored chasing people being a cop or being the one chased its fun i recommend it.
 

This is by far one of the best racing games ever. I think it beats every Need For Speed in the franchise, and it will forever entertain me. This game was far ahead of its time and it still holds up today. I'm glad I got this game again, and was glad it was available, even after playing around 1000 hours of this back on the PlayStation 3. It's all I played back then, of course, along with Minecraft, and Gran Turismo 5.
