Stranded on the seafloor with low light and few tools, an industrial diver takes desperate steps to surface before his dwindling oxygen — and sanity — give out. This first person survival story unfolds from inside a “walking coffin” — a half-ton, high-tech deep-sea dive suit — following an industrial catastrophe. Influenced and inspired by a growing appetite for unconventional horror and narrative-driven games, Narcosis is rooted in reality, but steeped in the surreal.

I could imagine it being very dull with just playing it via pc but with vr it is an immersive experience that is great for not only terrifying but relaxing as well.

The graphics are good, it's nice and creepy.
Everything is also readable, which is always nice.
The audio is good as well, some nice background music and the sound effects and voice acting are good.
The gameplay is mostly a walking simulator with some platforming sections and chase sequences.
Personally, I could've done without the platforming sections.
Especially during the 'dream' sequences, I'm not a fan of dream sequences and having to spend more time in them to complete platforming sequences makes them worse.
The last chase sequence bugged out for me several times, but it did do what it was supposed to eventually.
All in all I would recommend it, assuming you like psychological horror walking simulators.
The story is interesting and the deep sea is terrifying.
It's by no means a perfect game, but don't get scared off by the 'mostly positive' reviews.
There is some good creepiness to be found here.

Sorta similar to SOMA, but definitely a game of its own. I wish it was longer, but you get to stab giant horrifying sealife (in self defense). 10/10

Not a bad walking simulator meets horror under the ocean, with a great atmosphere and generally enjoyable if slow linear exploration. It looks and sounds nice, if not anything to get too excited about.
It may be a bit slow for some people and they will find it boring for that reason, I also found it was sometimes really obvious where to go, with other areas lacking anything distinctive to help you know where you should be heading.
There is very limited combat that barely passes as combat, with most encounters being creatures that will avoid you or outright kill you if you get too close. There are some scares but not exactly jump scares, along with some rather cliche parts where the world changes behind you when you turn back around and so on.
If you are looking for an atmospheric game then you may enjoy this but if you get bored easily then I would probably give this a miss. Overall not bad if you can get it on sale

The easiest way to describe this is SOMA light - in a great way! I really enjoyed the story and narration style. Controls were a little weird at first, but not too bad. Definitely recommend!

If you like walking sims with a bit of action and platforming and the price is right then I'd recommend to try out this one. I dont have a VR set, so no comments about that.
This is not a great game by any means but I did enjoy while it lasted. There were a few places where I didn't know where to go and had to resort to trial and error but overall the experience was enjoyable.
Story is ok, nothing spectacular or really bad.
There are some jump scares to provide the horror element as the rest of the game is not particulary scary. The result might vary if playing with a VR set.
Overall atmosphere of the game is solid. Thought it must be said that the platforming has produced troubles for some games, I didn't had any problems with them.
Played with a keyboard and mouse.
