Mythicard
Auto Battler Meets Mythology
Mythicard combines auto battlers gameplay with new mechanics inspired by mythology, is an strategy game where players battle online against five other opponents with the goal to be the last one standing by having the strongest army of cards.
Why Should You Play Mythicard?
Mythicard is designed to be flexible and fair to all players, the Affinity mechanics gives you the option to modify how will the game be played by you, letting you play as you want, there are no decks in Mythicard, don’t worry about not having the card you want, everyone in the game pick cards from the same shared pool, so you only need to think about how to command your mythical creatures and be the last one standing!
Strategy
The battlefield consist of an arena that can hold a maximum of eight cards.
Each round players are given the opportunity to purchase, save and sell cards, level up and rearrange their card’s attack order.
After all players are ready or the time runs out, the battle starts, and players are matched on 1 vs 1 combat against one of its opponents set of cards.
The battle unfolds automatically, the mythical cards attack and use their powers until one player has no cards remaining, at which point the player that loses is damaged based on the level of the remaining cards in the arena.
The last player alive gets the Victory Medal! and get all the affinity points obtained during the game!

The game is really fun!
originally the developer, had it so you couldn't tell the ai from the human players, but they changed it, so that's really great.
wish it had more players, if it did this would be one of my fav games.

Nice game. Easy to learn; difficult to master.
You draft monster cards and play them against other players.
People who played other card games (magic, hearthstone, eternal etc. ) really will love this game.
Many different tactics available to play.
Addiction is present, so take care. For a free game and early access, one of the greatest releases I ever played.
I cannot wait to see how this game further develops, because it is already great to play as it is; thumbs up!
However, updates are now really needed. A new card is just not enough, affinities and balancing are needed; e.g. I won about 70 times in a row, with playing with mix plus, Power mixer and Mix limit, mostly playing against players who used raise/negotiate or raise/heavy hitter. The affinities god odds, mortal odds are useless because you WANT underworld cards. The game is still nice but too repetetive for me now. New updates are really needed to make the game in the long run interesting.

Pretty neat game. Worth the $0 I paid. Plenty of people playing so no issue finding a lobby. Looking forward to seeing more content added to the game

This is a really entertaining game.
The rules are fairly straightforward, so you can start playing right after the short tutorial. You can also play against bots before starting ranked play (which right now is often also bots - more players are welcome!).
Yet the gameplay is pretty deep. You constantly have to decide between short and longterm benefits. For example increasing your level in a game will give you access to more powerful cards, but also costs money - which will hinder your preparation for the next battle. You have to calculate risks with cards that have stronger stats, but will give your opponent an advantage if they die.
You can implement different strategies, like pumping out a lot of cheap cards or focussing on fewer, stronger ones or trying to play cards that have strong synergies (the obvious ones being cards that boost only other cards of a certain type). All of which might need to be adjusted to the cards you draw.
You should also try to optimize the layout of your cards, in order to protect certain cards or to get through your opponent's physical shields by using magic attacks (and vice versa). Or you might want specfic cards to die first, as they might have a poisitve afterlife effect for you!
Once you have won ranked games, you start to collect affinity points. These allow you to make tradeoffs which influence your overall strategy - like making sure you always draw at least one god card, but also increasing the cost of god cards.
And it has great world building: you don't need to know about the lore to play the game, but every card is part of an epic background story - just look up "greek mythology" ;-)
Tl;dr: easy rules, deep gameplay. And it's free so just try it out!

Mythicard is a wonderfully flavorful take on the auto battler genre. I haven't been able to stop playing the game since I first downloaded it yesterday. I really enjoy discovery in games and Mythicard has definitely delivered with dozens of special ability combinations to explore out and interactions to try. Though it is still being balanced, the core mechanics of the game are solidly enjoyable and I look forward to continue playing it as the game progresses through its early release. Though the ladder at this point is mostly bots, I'm often able to find games from the Mythicard discord server! Would highly recommend!

9/10 Extremely fun and easy to pick up game. Musically and visually it is very relaxing and 'clean' and the gameplay is at an extremely stable state for an Early Access game with a fascinating take on passive skills (you are allowed up to 3 skills but all of the skills have detriments as well as bonuses, for example 'Hard Hitter' causes your cards to do 1 extra damage to your opponent but you lose 1 gold each turn, which means you have to think your skills through carefully and make some tough decisions). Tons of potential, is already very fun, and a very active developer too. I both love the Affinity Point system and am also worried by it: its a brilliantly thematic system which makes sense and fits into the game world beautifully but I can also see it being a problem down the line since im a strong believer that in autobattlers whether you have been playing for 2 minutes or 2 years at the start of every match you should have the same tools available when playing against each other...but since you can only get affinity points by playing it also soft-locks players out of skills which other players would have merely by being around a bit.
