A girl from work seems to have a crush on you.
Well, to be perfectly honest, it’s a little more than that.
You might just have a full-blown crazy–prone to violence–admirer on your hands… dare I say, Yandere?
Careful, there might be a surprise waiting for you around any corner.
Read through some pretty raunchy(erotic) dialogue, accompanied by spicy nude depictions.GameplayKinetic Visual Novel

Got this game as a joke from one of my worse "friends" and since I'm on a journey to play all games on my list, decided to give it a go. First, I got super disappointed because the music they decided to use in this game is *literally the same one* they use in the vampire futanari one. It has this halloween vibe that totally misses the spot in this one, it was just awful. Had to turn it off. However, this one is an okay game. You're just a guy who gets stalked by a yandere girl at work who jumps at you one night and declares you're hers. It's a very forceful encounter, but the MC "enjoys it" as he fears for his life. It's fully dubbed by Lucy - the yandere - and the voice actor seemed to be having lots of fun with it lol so it made me laugh a couple of times.
It's a very short game - as they are with owlyboi -, but the story is passable, the yandere is very yandere-y and the drawings are ok (and it HAS cgs this time, unlike vampire futanari). Voice acting definitely makes this one better. It's a bit extreme though (threatening you with a knife, making you drink uh very weird things), very kinky lol but yeah. If you're into it, I guess that's a game to play.

My Yandere is a Futanari is a niche, adult-oriented visual novel developed and published by owlyboi that leans heavily into yandere fiction, psychological tension, and intimate character focus rather than mechanical complexity. From the beginning, the game makes its intentions clear: it is a story-first experience designed for a very specific audience, prioritizing mood, obsession-driven romance, and provocative themes over branching systems or gameplay depth. Players step into the role of an ordinary office worker whose life becomes entangled with a coworker whose affection rapidly escalates into fixation, setting the stage for a narrative built on unease as much as attraction.
The story unfolds from a first-person perspective, reinforced by the simple but effective choice of letting players input their own name at the start. This personalization subtly strengthens immersion, making the increasingly intense interactions feel closer and more direct. The narrative progression is largely linear, with dialogue choices appearing occasionally to shape tone rather than dramatically alter outcomes. Instead of focusing on multiple endings or divergent routes, the game commits to guiding the player through a tightly controlled storyline that emphasizes emotional escalation and character psychology. This structure keeps pacing consistent, ensuring the tension builds steadily rather than fragmenting into disconnected narrative paths.
Character writing is central to the experience. The titular yandere character is portrayed through a mix of affectionate dialogue, possessive behavior, and moments of unpredictability that reinforce her unstable devotion. The game leans into classic yandere tropes—intense love, jealousy, and blurred moral boundaries—while framing the relationship as both alluring and unsettling. Rather than offering clear moral judgments, the narrative allows these contradictions to coexist, leaving players to interpret whether the dynamic is thrilling, disturbing, or both. This ambiguity is one of the story’s defining traits, encouraging engagement through emotional reaction rather than plot twists.
Visually, the presentation follows familiar adult visual novel conventions. Character sprites and background art are anime-inspired, with expressive facial variations used to convey mood shifts and emotional intensity. The art style is clean and readable rather than elaborate, supporting the narrative without overshadowing it. Scenes rely more on dialogue and expression than on cinematic staging, which suits the intimate, text-driven nature of the experience. While the production values are modest, they are consistent, and the visuals serve their purpose in reinforcing tone and character presence.
Sound design and music play a subtle supporting role. Background tracks are used sparingly to underscore mood rather than dominate scenes, helping maintain immersion without distracting from the text. The audio choices reinforce the psychological atmosphere, particularly during moments when affection tips into discomfort or tension. Like the visuals, the sound design is functional rather than ambitious, but it complements the storytelling effectively.
In terms of gameplay systems, My Yandere is a Futanari keeps things minimal. There are no puzzles, stat management, or complex decision trees to navigate. Progression is driven almost entirely by reading and making occasional dialogue selections. This simplicity may feel limiting to players seeking interactive depth, but it aligns with the developer’s clear intent: the game is meant to be consumed like a short, intense story rather than played as a traditional game. Its relatively brief length reflects this focus, delivering a compact experience that does not overstay its welcome.
Community reception reflects how well the game satisfies its niche rather than how broadly it appeals. Players who enjoy yandere narratives and adult visual novels often praise the game for committing fully to its themes and delivering a focused, emotionally charged story. Others note its limited scope and linearity, which can feel restrictive if approached with expectations of replayability or branching outcomes. These mixed reactions underscore that the game’s strengths are inseparable from its limitations—it succeeds precisely because it chooses focus over breadth.
Overall, My Yandere is a Futanari stands as a tightly scoped adult visual novel that prioritizes atmosphere, character psychology, and genre-specific appeal. It does not attempt to broaden its reach or soften its themes, instead delivering a direct and unapologetic experience for players already interested in obsessive romance narratives. For its intended audience, it offers a concise but impactful journey built around tension and intimacy, while players outside that niche may find its linear design and subject matter less engaging.

At its core, My Yandere is a Futanari is a compact, fetish-driven visual novel that leans hard into its niche. The plot is straightforward: Jake, a male office worker, catches the attention of a co-worker named Lucy — who turns out to be an obsessive, violent, and sexually aggressive yandere futanari.
The writing isn’t deep or layered, but it’s efficient and self-aware. The game never pretends to be anything more than an erotic thrill ride. Dialogue ranges from seductive to unhinged, with some genuinely unsettling moments — exactly what fans of yandere archetypes tend to seek out.
If you’re looking for psychological nuance or romantic depth, you won’t find it here. But for what it is — a fantasy-laced, NSFW horror-romance — it hits its marks.
