①英語版をダウンロードし、app.asarファイルをどっかにバックアップ
②app.asarファイルを展開し、fgimageフォルダをどっかにバックアップ
③日本語版をダウンロードし、app.asarファイルをどっかにバックアップ
④app.asarファイルを展開し、fgimageフォルダを②で展開した英語版のfgimageフォルダで上書き
⑤④で上書きしたフォルダをapp.asarファイルに再パックし、元あった場所に戻す
以上。
アップデートにより一手間増えたので注意。
セーブデータが消えた場合はニュース『About missing save data after update』を参照。
回想モードのサムネに修正有りなので今後のアプデで修正されることに期待。

旦那の弱みを握ったり暴力・薬で関係を強要したりといったよくある展開はありません。
お隣さんとしての他愛のない会話から行動パターンを推測し、偶然を装って彼女に会いに行き…と地道に距離を縮めていく必要があります。ストーカーです
難易度的には軽くメモを取っていれば十分進めていけるレベルです。ゲーム内ヒントもあります。
総じてゲーム展開はスローですが、時間がかかるからこそ「ただのお隣さん」から関係性が進んでいく喜びもひとしおです。
正直なところ、いわゆる「実用性」は薄いかなと思います。（個人の感想です）
それを求めているなら素直に他のゲームを探す方がいいです。
ただ、このゲーム（と続編の2）からしか接種できない栄養が存在することは確かです。
元はDLsiteで販売されており体験版もあるので、気になってたらとりあえず触ってみるのをおすすめします。

ヒロインの行動パターンを覚えられれば攻略は、然程難しくは無い感じ。
