Murderous Pursuits is a kill-or-be-killed stealth-em-up multiplayer game for 1-8 players. Smartly stalk your target – the Victorian’s call that Quarry – and wait for just the right moment to pounce on your prey. But be careful not to give yourself away to the other players hunting you! Act like an unassuming passenger to avoid revealing yourself, locate high-scoring weapons, and stalk and kill your targets in a manner that befits your station as a 'right dodgy villain'. The Best – And Smartest – Killer Wins Gain the highest number of points by the end of the round to win. Optimize your points by finding higher value weapons and keeping your exposure low, all while scoring glorious kills. Be too careful and you’ll fall behind. Be too bold and other hunters will take advantage. Employ a variety of abilities, including disguise, flash, and counter, to outmanoeuvre your adversaries and carry out your diabolical plan.

Being one of the many who really blame Ubisoft for abandoning one of the most original and fun Multiplayer ideas of the past years, I really appreciated stumbling over this game.
The devs made a good job for a dev I never heard of. While the game mechanics are 70 percent the same as in the AC-MP they added some fresh ideas and reduced the run-and-hit possibilities.
This leads to another reduction in pacement and makes you either be more careful or get caught easily.
The game if fun and feels fresh.
And other than in AC-MP you can play when there is no one online and the other players will be played by bots.
But I also ran into an issue:
When using the PS4 controller with bluetooth on Win10 witth DS4Windows the game gave me CTDs. When playing with mouse and keyboard it runs smoothly.
I never had this with any other game, but honestly it plays well with keyboard and mouse, but there it didn't let me bind every key. So some of the controls can't be changed to my preferred layout. Here the game needs to be fixed.
Another possible let-down is that despite the details and nice design, every single map is located on the ship and doesn't really gives you some diversity. What can give you the feel playing the same map over and over again.
Besides of that I really liked playing against players or bots. And it will surely be a game I'll play more often and have an eye on it's development, since the devs seems to add constantly stuff and fixing errors. Well, hopefully the keybinding limitations will be gone soon as well.
To everyone loving the AC-MP I recommend this game without hesitation.

Murderous Pursuits könnte gut sein, aber dafür ist es zurzeit zu verbugged.
Es ist schwer ein Spiel zu finden, wo Leute einen normalen Ping haben (nicht 100-200). Die Charaktere teleportieren sich im Spiel und man weiß einfach nicht was passiert.. Vielleicht ist es so weil nicht so viele Leute es spielen?
Manchmal wenn man mit jemandem spielen will findet der Anführer ein Spiel und tritt ihm bei, aber die andere Person in der Party bleibt im Hauptmenü.. Ab und zu hängt sich auch das Spiel im Ladebildschirm auf.
Persönlich finde ich es nicht wirklich besser als die älteren Assassin‘s Creed Mulitplayer. In Murderous Pursuit habe ich häufiger mal Leute gesehen die einfach rumlaufen, und aus irgendeinem Grund töten die dich schneller, obwohl du versteckt bist und wartest schon auf die. Außerdem, wie viel Reichweite hat die Kuchenbombe? Scheint mir manchmal zu viel zu sein.
Und wer macht eine Errungenschaft die man nur kriegen kann, wenn man die Deluxe Edition kauft? Ich, als jemand der von allen Spielen 100% Errungenschaften kriegen will, finde sowas bescheuert.
Glücklicherweise habe ich mir dieses Spiel kostenlos in Steam geholt. Bezahlen würde ich dafür nicht, wenn es nicht im Angebot ist. Aber trotzdem ist es manchmal lustig und wenn man die Fehler ignorieren kann macht es Spaß es mit Freunden zu spielen.

Garrys Mod TTT ? Das wäre jetzt so das, was mir einfällt womit man das Game hier vergleichen könnte.
Aber mit weniger Action und ohne Shooter Elementen. Oder Cluedo das Brettspiel ?
Wirklich schwer zu sagen, aber in einer Gruppe zusammen aufm TS könnte das Spiel
einen netten Abend bringen.

Ich kann nicht erkennen was in diesem Spiel anders als bei "The Ship" sein soll. Man muss eine Person jagen, man selbst wir ebenso gejagt. Es gibt Bereiche wo man keine Waffe ziehen kann, weil man von der Security erwischt wird. Dort gab es wenigstens noch die Bedürfnisse, die das Spiel interessanter machten. Ausserdem gab es bei "The Ship" mehr Karten. Natürlich, die Grafik ist ein wenig besser, liegt aber einfach daran, dass es später erschienen ist.
Fazit: Eine vereinfachte Kopie von "The Ship", dass noch mehr Wert auf auf PVP legt. Wenn man am Free to Play festhält kann ich das Spiel empfehlen, da es ein schöner Spass für zwischendurch ist. Ansonsten ist "The Ship" umfangreicher, hat(te) durch Valve eine größere Fangemeinde (und damit mehr Spieler im Multiplayer) und in der "Remasted" Version graphisch auch okay.

I like this game, but it flopped really bad. I got this for 15 Euros, now its 3... I barely meet players, which is really sad. The characters are made with such detail and love... The graphics are amazing too. Its hard to believe how many love the devs put into this game. Hell, they updated it recently. They even added a new map, even tho nobody was playing.
I can imagine that with a bigger player base this must be incredibly fun. I hope that this massive price change will make it more attractive. And i want to make a suggestion: If smn wants to play, just leave a comment under this review. I am desperately looking for players... cheers!
