This game is not the best. There is one mob, a frog.
There is one sword, and one bread and an apple. Also a torch
You can only left click to slash
You can block though. The game has no dodge, and a bunch of invisible barriers.
Luckily there is a crafting menu, with a bunch of items to craft, called #items, they require items to make items.
The description is the same for the items, namely "hello world". Also known as a programming tutorial.
The map only show a big dot of where you are, and nothing else, if you play multiplayer you cant see your friend on the map.
The peak of this game is double jumping and rock climbing to places that were not intended. On many different ocasions of dying and getting revived , I was hard stuck and couldn't move.
There is only ONE quest, and it is called 'lets go' and the description is 'lets go'
Your sword has durability, and you cant repair it. There is no objective, apart from filling frogs and leveling up that serves no purpose.

This game is almost poetic in how creatively developed it is. I was simply flabbergasted by the sheer passion built into this endless game of fruitful competitive gameplay.
I finished it in 5 minutes

Multiplayer turtles is quite possibly the best game I've ever played. This is a cinematic masterpiece of the highest order, and I don't think anything else I've played will top this. Terraria, the dark souls trilogy, half life, mission in snowdriftland, multiplayer werewolves, genshin impact, and furry sex in the city don't even hold a candle to this game. If I could go back in time, I would take all my hours from every other game, and re-invest it into this game. Allow me to explain the hero's jourmey that Terry the turtle goes through. The game opens up on a screen where Temmie the turtle sips on his glenmorangie pure old highland malt whisky, in his cussy old cabin home on a long winter's night. Tente turns to the camera and says: "what did the world war one soldier say when he accidentally attacked a machine gun? I guess I jumped the gun on that one!" This joke represents toolbox's trauma got from his old days back in the great salamander war of '16, where frogs and turtles battled for centuries over the coarse of 5 hours. Upon saying this sad representative of his psyche, disguised as a pun, tantaluse’s eyes grow wide and we’re thrown into a flashback, where most of the game will take place. We’re placed into the tutoreal section of the game, where we are put into the POV of Jameson, a drunken frog, who we control as he mistakenly stumbles onto enemy limes where tenter is lying in wait. We then switch to tumbler’s POB and we learn the controls, which are as follows: R=forward, F8=right, spacebar=left, ~=backwards, del=jump, and middlemouse+LMB+RMB+esc=attack, shift+tab=special ability 1, double tapp shift=special ability 2, w=use, interact, and emote. The intuitive design of these controls shows the genius of the dev, as it makes me agonizingly contort myself as a narrative device to show how much tumtum struggles during this war, as he is a pacifist and was drafted. We quickly dispatch Krungthepmahanakhon Amornrattanakosin Mahintharayutthaya Mahadilokphop Noppharat Ratchathaniburirom Udomratchaniwetmahasathan Amonphiman Awatansathit Sakkathattiyawitsanukamprasit, and as he dies, he asks us where the cunny is(which as we all know is a barbaric meal made by massacring female turtles). Put into a fury by this mere mention of cunny(tommy is intensely misogynistic, to the point he rids himself of his pacifism when it comes to their living), Tim-tuck sets out on an rampage. Teen tounge begins his attack by traveling to a shrine, and upon killing all the frogs there, a cutscene plays where we see toulouse haunted by visions of dead frogs. One of the ghostly frogs walks up to him and says: “I’ve got a real knee slapper for you this time, a preacher, a rabbi, and a ww1 soldier walk into a bar. The world war one soldier turns to the rabbi and says “I guess I really jumped the gun on that one!””. This represents the trauma that TiK-ToK-by Kesha is going through, as he sees his rampage kill millions of two total frogs. Toot-my-own-horn picks up a sword from a dead frog and ventures into the temple, that was hidden by the shrine. This is a good time to bring up the sound design and lighting. The absolute masterwork that is the sound design uses rtx raytracing, which has now been turned into sounds. This new emerging technology is shown at it’s finest as real soundwaves are simulated, with entire 6 hour conversations voiced acted by the likes of ryan gosling, ryan reynolds, ryan eggold, ryan howard, and ryan others. There are real soundwave simulations and the noise is dynamic and realistic. If you put headphones on a blind person they wouldn’t know the difference between real life and this game, and the gap between those two is slowly closing. Now as for the lighting and graphics, everything is stylised to perfection, just like a WW1 film, and yet it is shockingly realistic at the same time. This game has the most varied graphics options I have ever seen, more than anyone could ever need. Now back to the narrative masterpiece of a game this is. Rays of light shine down from holes in the ceiling, which represent the only beacons of hope remaining in Tillies life, his FTM boyfreund who is only
allowed to exist by virtue of hating women so much he naturally transitioned into male(as all men do in the womb), and his sympathetic amy commander, who takes pity on trick-turner and allows him to take less combat oriented jobs and has paid for him to be monitored by a psychologist. As we progress further into this temple, which represents timmy turner isolating himself from these rays of hope, by indulging in evil vices, which is represented by his numerous battles with frogs. For you see, Tummy-ache only killed those first millions of two frogs and then the war reached an end. All of the progression since that point has been Tool’s guilt over his murders and the way he reacted to it through unhealthy coping skills. TREASURE progresses further into madness and depravity, and his special skills show it. He unlocks skills such as “money gun”, where he wastes all of his pay on vices such as drugs and prostitution. Or “power word: blow” which shows how he was cheating on his boyfreund for other men. His skills representing adultery and waste of money are contrasted by skills that represent the good in his life, such as “therapy” which actually heals the frogs around you, and makes them more powerful. Aloof his vices skills are extremely powerful and make the game a cakewalk, while his recovery skills make the game actively harder, which represents how much easier it is to resort to evil than good. The temple is a beautiful area, and has deadly trap filled rooms, huge platforms showing the cavernous hole that the temple is in(which actually represents the hellish abyss that Tiddies has put himself in too), and a bridge that slowly crumbles and you must run across to not fall into the nothingness and die. We get to the final room of the temple, and upon crossing the fog gate we are met with another cutscene, and this time we see a mirror image of tobacco, bathed in rays of gold. He tells us it isn’t too late to change our ways, and we can still heal our scars and move back to a normal life. As we are told this, voices start to flood over the mirror image of taboo and we hear things such as “What did the ww1 soldier say after massacringeing a hospital full of kids? “I guess I jumped the gun on that one!”” and “knock knock! Who’s there? Ww1 soldier! Ww1 soldier who? I guess I jumped the gun on that one!” these represent tabasco’s ptsd bogging him down from recovering, and soon our final real battle begins. This mirror image represents the last of tastie’s good, and we destroy it using our vice attacks. All of the good that could have saved tenacity is now gone. We make our way out of the temple to a small garden, like area that looks similar to the shrine and entrance to enemy lines. There is only one frog here, who gets on his knees and begs for his life. At this point, Thoughtful has lost all good, and he kills the frog. Tongue-tied moves to the next room, only to find himself back at the entrance to enemy lines. This ingenious way of progressing to new game plus shows the infinite cycle that transitioner has thrown himself into, as his self destructive processess start again. You may think we’ve seen the ending, but you’d be wrong. We haven’t REALLY finished the game until we’ve gotten to the end of the seventh new game cycle. With each cycle enemies become more powerful, more aggressive, more tanky, and gain new ai and attacks. Positions of some items and new bosses are introduced, but they’re mostly just powerful frog commanders, annihilated like the rest of the normal enemies. You see, after we get to the end of the final cycle, we end up in the same place as always, but a cinematic plays.(this review was too long, continued in comments)

we got to explore a detailed and vast world filled with angry amphibians in what only could be explained as a power struggle. I view it as a philosophical reflection of our own society and how we tend to hide away in our own shells, turtle shells if you will. And when our surrounding does not appreciate us having turtle shells, they attack us and we're forced to defend ourselfs with turtle claws and swords.
In the end you realise the map loops around, symbolising the viscious cycle that is modern day life.
