Each game starts off easy, with only one enemy spawn location and a simple straightforward path. Fantastic take on a TD game!! Love the growth in all aspects, both within a run and overall. Took me a while to figure out you can summon the special characters on the left. That was left out of the explanation.

Really good TD, the tiles concept is so much fun...
I enjoy this a lot.
Two things tend to annoy me though:
1) The UI is really clunky.
2) There's defined synergies - I prefer to decide them myself.

So far the game has really held my intrest. There is a steep learning curve because there are so many factors which affect each game. I am still searching for the right balance to be successful. As with any game of this genre there is luck involved in the outcome. Very positive!

After playing it for a while, I gotta say, I kinda wish there was a little bit more upgrades, which is funny since there is a whole lot of them! Like, this is the perfect rouge-lite game there is! You honestly can't get any better, however, artifacts, there needs to be more of them. Like tier 4 actually because they're super fun to have!
I really like how you don't need to buy anything to slowly progress in the game, the game never forces an ad in your face, and for the steam version, aka this, you can use your gems for a huge boost in your battles, which I don't recommend at all because you can just use them for better upgrades. Like, this game is super fun and addicting, I love it <3

I honestly love Tower Defense games. In my experience there aren't many out there that are worth getting but this one is at the top of my list. I spent a lot of time play TD games in Warcraft and Starcraft and I'm always looking out for TD games on steam. I came across this free one that got me hooked. It's very easy to play. It's got a great soundtrack. I love the concept of creating your own lanes and connecting them to treasures that help you during the challenges. There are daily login rewards and quests that keep you busy. The progression is really cool. You use rewards to increase damage, crit, and speed of your towers, among other buffs. I'm only 4.5 hours in but its already kept me interested and the progression feels real.

pretty fun, and although you can buy stuff to make it easier, you dont have to. The items you can buy drop in game just slightly differant stats like you cant use it till lvl 2 instead of any lvl.

The game has a lot of microtransactions, however I don't think they are necessary to enjoy the game especially at a casual level which I play. The game is cross platform and you can link to an account to play on your phone and steam as I do and the matches can be fairly fast once you figure out your favorite syncs which the game does inform you about so it takes almost no time to get into the rhythm of the game. There's plenty of gradual progression, upgrading your favorites, increasing your overall power and ability over time, I never really felt stonewalled so just enjoy the play for what it is. If you like the game and want to make a purchase to support just pick the area that you think would serve you best like increased daily bonuses but again theres no need for this, especially as this can be played on your phone as well you can just get an occasional bonus with a 30 sec ad on that platform then come back to steam. It's been a lot of fun as a background game for me
