Miska’s Cave

I would just like to say that this game is fucking amazing. The artstyle is wonderful the animation and music are s+ tier and the character design is awesome. I only played 12min and i can tell you that it does take skill but its very fun and cool. (also you do need to grind for upgrades but i love grinding for stuff so this is a pog moment)

It's a great game, with a decent bit of bugs and shortcomings. A fast reset would be appreciated SO much, it can be beyond irritating to have to watch the scores on your last awful run tick up while you could just have the ability to click past them. Also, a lot of the gamemodes are broken. For example, I was on Jump Squad, and it would never let me past the first wave since there was always one bugged enemy off screen. Otherwise good game. Some enemies could also do with better telegraphing.
In summary, it needs a lot more playtesting than it got.

I was going to give this game a bad review but I tried to understand the game and actually had a lot of fun after I learned the mechanics I kinda wanted a tutorial of this game for new players because it's very hard in the beginning and I didn't even know what to do

A tough-but-fun runner game. Has that "Just ONE more run!" vibe. Great in short bursts between other games or when you need a few minutes break when do an assignment or some other work.
***HIGHLY recommend you play with keyboard+mouse to have the best experience and most fun***
(You'll have much more control over Miska, who can zip through the air between the wall and floor similar to the game Dandara)
The game has a fair amount of run variations (endless mode, defeat all enemies, pop all balloons). Upgrade system with a variety of spells to choose from and upgrades to health, hitstun, number of jumps.
The dev Soulflee is also extremely open to feedback -- responded to me within seconds on Discord when I posted some suggestions, and is trying to implement some of them while working on a sequel.

It was little difficult to learn at first, but once I got the hang of it I actually couldn't stop playing. Each enemy has it's own unique way of combat which I find enjoyable. I very much recommend to new players to turn on the guide lines since I find it nearly impossible to play without it.
I do wish the tutorial was little more clearer. I would also like to have things such as bullets or magic to have short descriptions for what they do. Also sometimes the crystals you earn from defeating enemies look like projectiles when they come to you, but maybe that's just me.
Other than that I really recommend playing this game. It's incredibly fun once you get the hang of it and I legitimately can't believe I've played this for 13 hours as of now...
