MemeNgin is a software that helps you to design the progress of meme creation.
You change the shape and color of images. add a text, and try some cool effects too.
then assemble multiple images into one, using compositing nodes.
Sounds too complex? then you can just start from other templates from the workshop.
you can build awesome meme templates with minimal efforts!
MemeNgin is a opensource project. you can participate a project in any form, or check out what MemeNgin is about in a github.

I think it has potentials if it has a lot of open resources.
I hope the developer supports animation controllers and exporting GIF format.
