i finally took a chance on this game that has a similar style to SV which is something ive been looking for a longggg time!!! Well im soooooooo happy i did because i played a few hours already and went to bed really late because i didnt want to get off! PLEASEEEEEEEEE DONT GIVE UP ON THIS GAME! i know theres people who would really like it after it has a bit more updates. people dont realize that stardew valley took YEARS TO MAKE... this game had the best parts of that game but then it adds parts from others! which i really like! seriously ive been looking for a game like this ever since i played sv so im veryyy happy already! It has parts of HM in it to and then reminds a bit of core keeper with the dungeon but i really like it. after you get it to a point i think having a youtuber look at it and see what they think then have them show people... dont let the peoples negative comments get to you. IVE PLAYED EVERY GAME thats suppose to be the one that gives you the nostalgia but none do it like this game and coral island doesnt as much because its not a 2d pixel and i hate the fighting it has... seriously i was shocked at how far this game already is and i only played a few hours so if you want a similar experience of SV for farming then you should really get this!

i love this game - it scratches the "next stardew/story of seasons/harvest moon" itch i have been wanting with a hint of mystery. i look forward to where this game goes.

This indie Stardew clone is surprisingly satisfying and addictive. As usual, you inherit a plot of land and then farm, mine, forage, craft, ranch, and make friends. There isn't anything new and groundbreaking here, and honestly this is a pretty stripped-down distillation of the simplest elements of the genre. And yet, I've been playing this constantly instead of all the other feature-rich, highly marketed & well received farming games in my library.
I've been trying to put my finger on what is so engaging about this game. On paper, this shouldn't be happening. The game lacks basic polish, deep gameplay, and challenging content. And yet it is fun, charming even. The story is quite short, but what is there is intriguing and well written.
What can I say? Try out the demo with an open mind, and see if you can stop. (I couldn't.)
Be warned, your demo save will continue into the full game. However, you'll need to delete that save, it will be out of date. This should be flagged when you start the game, but this game doesn't hold your hand like that, lol. If you're like me, you'll find out from a pinned discussion thread which you will discover after playing through the entire first season.
Btw, the dev is active in the forums and very open to feedback.

I mean if you gonna write something bad with this game plz understand anyone has to start from somewhere, even Concern Ape when doing Stardew Valley has to start as a HM from gameboy Color ripoff =]
The game from trailer look bulky and weird like many SDV like game but it has its own charm
i love all the fonts the game dev put in, this game has many different fonts anywhere and i think it is working fine for me
From beging you will found it similar to SDV or other game in the gerne but dont be fool, this game has some new QoL improvement that actually make me feel like it need to be implement on SDV! yes like you could change tool by right click into the place you want, like want to change to axe right click into the tree and you could chop it right away
Animation is quick with this game, and also time, it is surely a cons for this game time go too quick, just by chatting with someone cost you a whole morning @@ and when you put item in the box for selling the clock runnnnnnnnn!!
Anyway a 50% sale for this game is a steal imo, i never see this game actually appear when i'm trying to find new farming sim game before, cant believe the game on early access for 10 months and have like 10 buy, GIVE THIS GAME A CHANCE GUYS!!!!!

cool game can easily play for hours very relaxing doesn't give me any red flags like stardew valley does , i like farm games that are relaxing no red flags no stress hoping it goes on console as i wouldn't mind playing this on my ps4 and tried the demo first before buying because of mixed reviews i recommend this game to help distress and chill out, fishing is easy especially if you have good eye coordination as you can easily miss the exclamation mark as it's on the fishing line so can be easily missed if not looking, there are no lists to help plan ahead for crafting,fishing,house upgrade ,tools upgrade, ect which is something i like doing

noticed a small bug the past couple of days everytime i go to the swamp character goes to swamp disappears and game freezers and on beach won't let character pick clams up

This is such a charming game! I've been jonesing for a new farming sim for a while and this one just absolutely hit the spot for me. It's such a sweet, gentle, charming little game with a lot of cool touches, such as the ability to decide how long your day is (SUCH a great feature all farming games should have), the ability to customize your house whenever you like, cute and fun farming mechanics, a cool series of dungeons and mines to go through, and some fun quests.
I'm having a great time with this game and while it may not be particularly fancy looking, it's just a pleasure to play. A few minor issues here and there but it's well worth supporting as it develops. It's a charming farm sim for fans of the genre to enjoy!
