Master Levels for Doom II

This level pack has now been merged with the rerelease called Doom + Doom II for free but if you came here to know if its worth playing then yes, yes it is. It is not for casual players but for those who seek a challenge.

Despite all the time I spent playing classic DOOM games, I never really played Master Levels until I bought it on Steam. I didn't even know about existence of this, since the usual package is DOOM 1,2/Final DOOM. In this case it's exactly as it says, a level compilation specifically chosen because of how well they were made. Still, there are a bunch of moments where you will get stuck, but it's really fun to look at what you actually get. The pack of levels you get here is a Frankenstein's monster made out of different other projects made by level designers in attempt to show their skill. If you check out the level info, you actually see that some of them are taken from other WADs, like Cabal, Canto, Titan, Inferno and others. It's good, check it out.

Great collection of levels not created by id, but really well curated by them. As the name implies, this is for the veterans who want a new, more challenging experience than Doom 2. Some levels are EXTREMELY creative in design, and they will demand every inch of your brain and muscles in order to beat its combat challenges as well as its exploration and puzzle ones.

Played this almost every time I was in estimating class, along time ago.
