Telltale clearly designed a superb story telling engine that added enough game play elements to a choose your own adventure core to keep things engaging. Unfortunately, this title is no longer for sale, as Telltale drove themselves into the ground after being unable to recognize that there can be too much of a good thing. As long as you spread your exposure to these out a bit, they're a lot of fun, and the quippy humor of this property fits in well. You probably don't want to chug through endless IP tie ins following the exact same structure over and over again too regularly, though. Still, if Zombie Telltale revives this one at some point down the road, it's worth considering.

Very fun game that captures the feel of what the guardians are which is a dysfunctional but loving family. The story is good and i am going to replay and change some choices to see how different the story will turn out.

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series is probably one of my favorite games Telltale has ever done with GREAT music choices and a pretty solid story. Surprisingly as much as I enjoyed this game it was also one of the games I had the most hitches with (yay Telltale engine) causing lag/hitches to have me miss certain QTE buttons and although it doesn't change much with the story it still bothered me.
Lag aside though I was super impressed with what Telltale did with GotG and I am sad we won't ever see a sequel to this!

Ah Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy. Six Solid episode of episodic Marvel content. So what are my thoughts on it well let's get into that pro and cons list.
-Art Style (TellTale and finally nailed down their art style they had been trying to get right since Season 1 of the Walking Dead game series
-Choices matter (while the choices might not seem to matter right away, they generally pay off at the end of each episode. As well as the end of the game)
-Voice Acting (I loved it all no complaints from me)
-Story ( It is really good littered with lots of little easter eggs for comic book fans)
-No longer available for sale on Steam (obvious reasons ie TellTale going out of business)
-Music (for me there was nothing really super memorable YMMV)
-Not a game for people who want instant gratification on their choices
-Gameplay (its a Telltale game so QTE and limited gameplay you should know the deal for those games by now)
Overall, I did enjoy my time with Guardian of the Galaxy and I would say if you can find it available on certain markets at a decent price pick it up. Definitely, pick it up if you are comic book fan.
