Little Misfortune is a very cute-looking game, but don't judge the book from its cover, this game is very creepy and has dark humor. You play as Misfortune, a young girl with a cute accent, she lives with a dysfunctional family but she loves her mother dearly. One day, while she is playing with her dolls, she started to speak with a voice in her head, she named him Mr. voice. He decided to play a little game with her and for start.. she has to leave the house into the woods..
I enjoyed the game fully, the voice acting is outstanding, both the main character and narrator did an amazing job. The artwork is very cute and colorful, I like the character's design as well. The soundtracks weren't bad too.
The gameplay is simple, you move Misfortune from left to right to reach her destination, there are a few and simple puzzles to solve, but most of the games are based on your choices, how she responds, and how she treats people and things around her. She has a cute journal but unfortunately, you can't view it except for the beginning of the game. She also picks items to use occasionally.
Pros:
+Interesting well-written story.
+Beautiful artwork and locations.
+Cute characters.
+Good soundtracks.
+Two endings and multiple outcomes to the characters.
+Amazing voiceovers.
+Choices and consequences.
+Manual save.
+Steam achievements.
Cons:
-Short.
-Simple puzzles.
I played the game twice to get a good ending, I still couldn't as you need to collect 'happiness' I'd play the game again as it is very enjoyable. The choices you made don't impact the ending, it only impacts the characters around you and what will happen to them. I do recommend it to point&click lovers.

Worth It
Get this on a sale
This game is amazing, but I need to walk you through it, real quickly.
First things first, this is not a Point and Click game. It's more of a make your own choices type of game. There aren't puzzles to solve or specifics to move onto the next 'level'. This game is purely about your choices influencing the story.
Secondly, It's short. I would say the $20 price tag is definitely worth it, but that isn't completely true. I beat this game within a few hours and decided that one play through was enough, seeing as how the replay-ability is one of the only short comings to this game. So, I'd recommend getting this game on a sale.
Third, the voice acting is fantastic! It's so corny and raunchy, but that is the greatest part about Little Misfortune. I can't say too much about the story, because it'd spoil the fun. The story is comical and leaves you smiling about how adorable and funny Misfortune or Mr. Voice is.
Lastly, i just want to say that you can't use your mouse, and that can be annoying sometimes, but it's still a good game.
Buy this game on sale while you still can. It deserves more attention and love!
