LISAシリーズの初代。続編の「LISA:The Painful」と「LISA：The Joyful」も各プラットフォームで発売されている。
続編はDEFINTIVE EDITION発売時に日本語化されたが、こちらは日本語化されていない。
ただし、有志の日本語化パッチがあるので「Lisa First 日本語化」などで検索してみよう。
ツクール2003で制作されているRPG。
RPGではあるが戦闘はなく「ゆめにっき」のように主人公リサの精神世界を巡りキーアイテムを回収して先に進むシステムになっている。
ゲームとしては2～3時間もあれば攻略情報無しでもクリアできる程度には短め。
ただし、短編ならではというかイベントや演出周りの濃度がエグい。
リサの父親マーティによる虐待で精神が病んでいるリサの内面はグロテスクかつ破滅的、永遠と続く悪夢のように救いがない。
良質な音楽も相まってホラーともグロともいえない奇妙な完成度がある。
登場人物も異様なまでに少なく、基本的にはリサとマーティの2人だけ。
リサのその後については続編で明らかになる。
無料ではあるのでLISAの世界観を感じてみたいのであればこちらからプレイしてみてはいかがだろうか。

ドット絵が可愛らしい２Dゲーム。
内容は暗い。
いい具合に不気味な世界と、不穏なメロディBGM。精神的恐怖の雰囲気が出来上がってて好み。
1時間以内のボリュームで手軽に遊べる。
戦闘はないため探索しながら主人公に何が起きたのか、じっくりと人物や世界について考察できる。
不気味、暗い、陰鬱、鬱ゲー好きな人に良い。
