Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a new three part; standalone adventure set three years before the first game in the BAFTA award-winning franchise.
You play as sixteen-year old Chloe Price who forms an unlikely friendship with Rachel Amber, a beautiful and popular girl destined for success.
When Rachel learns a secret about her family that threatens to destroy her world, it is her newfound friendship with Chloe that gives her the strength to carry on.
No longer alone the girls must confront each other’s demons and together, find a way to overcome them.

Life is strange before the storm is an amazing game, It's interesting to see Hisotira Chloe instead of Max I I like the game a lot, It requires a lot of thinking and decision-making without turning back time, which is definitely a plus because you can feel more consistency and responsibility like in the base game, The game despite being made on Unity looks very good, I say this as a player playing on Ultra in Full HD and I didn't see any difference except in the shadows and the textures always flash no matter what, But let's not get bogged down in details, Hisotira is very good and shows what problems Chloe has with finding herself and meets Rachel Amber who was perfectly recreated in this game, which I liked a lot, I recommend playing Remastered or downloading some mods that improve the graphics (I don't know if any exist but anyway) 10/10

If you don't like life is strange you won't like it either, but if you do it's just cool insight on what Chloe went trough before we meet her in Season 1. In a way it makes sense to play it first but at the same time it is a spoiler to Rachel's fate to some extent so I would play it after season one as it was released. To be fair though the game feels like there are two choices to make that make actual difference but one outcome fells really hard to reach despite huge dialogue effort put in. Not that it change much but just the heads up it's more playing for the story not for shaping it your own way.

Po latach od kupienia tej gry na jakiejś promocji (według steamdb od dawna na żadnej nie była co jest dziwne ale ok) wreszcie ją odpaliłem i przeszedłem.
Muszę przyznać
Wow, to na serio kawał dobrej gry. Niby nie ma tu nic odkrywczego, ale jeśli pierwsza odsłona Life is Strange przypadła komuś do gustu to myślę że Before the Storm również jest warta zagrania. Świetna muzyka, ciekawe postaci, trudne wybory i mocna fabuła (choć tym razem z oczywistych względów pozbawiona wątku paranormalnego z 'jedynki').
Before the Storm jest prequelem oryginalnego LiS dzięki czemu nawet ktoś kto nie grał w poprzednią część powinien się tu odnaleźć. Podobnie jak wcześniej historia jest w epizodach. Tym razem trzech zamiast pięciu, a co za tym idzie gra jest nieco krótsza. Nie zmienia to faktu że dostajemy tu pełen zwrotów akcji rollercoaster emocji.
Ogólnie myślę że gra zdecydowania godna polecenia.
