Legend of Grimrock 2 is a dungeon crawling role playing game with a modern execution but an oldschool heart. A group of four prisoners have shipwrecked on the secluded Isle of Nex. The island is filled with ancient crumbled ruins, mysterious shrines and a vast underground network of dungeons and mines. If the prisoners wish to make it out alive, they have to overcome the challenges devised by the ominous mastermind of the island. Powers of perception and logic are more important than sheer force is, since Legend of Grimrock 2 puts a heavy emphasis on exploration, survival and challenging puzzles. Discover powerful ancient artifacts from hidden secret chambers and buried treasures. Arm your champions, cast spells and craft enchanted potions and bombs to aid you in fighting the dreadful monsters in highly tactical real-time combat.

This is the best dungeon crawler I have ever played. Better than the Eye of the Beholder games. Better than the first Grimrock.
The variety of environments, the refined leveling system, the fantastic puzzles, I mean, it's all here. If I absolutely HAD to find something to complain about, one of the last bosses in the game is a bit frustrating and gimmicky. But apart from that- this is top tier stuff.
Buy this game if you're into old school dungeon crawler games, or if you just like puzzle/rpg games in general. Don't expect an involed story though, this is a gameplay driven experience. Oh, and if you're playing on W11 you will have to visit the forums to fix the frequent crashing. Anyway, grab it!

Ishar , Black Crypt , Eye of the Beholder were a great games and this one is even better it will fit perfectly into modern times

Szczerze? Wciągnąłem się dużo bardziej, niż się spodziewałem. Legend of Grimrock II ma ten klimat starych dungeon crawlerów, gdzie trzeba myśleć, kombinować i czasem trochę się pogubić, zanim znajdzie się rozwiązanie. Eksploracja daje ogromną satysfakcję — szczególnie kiedy odkrywa się sekret albo w końcu rozgryzie trudną zagadkę.
W pewnym momencie gra zrobiła się dla mnie naprawdę wymagająca. Walki potrafią dać w kość, a niektóre łamigłówki zmusiły mnie do zrobienia przerwy i wrócenia do nich później. Ale właśnie to mnie w niej trzymało — każdy progres czułem jak małe zwycięstwo.
Jeśli ktoś lubi gry, które nie prowadzą za rękę i nagradzają cierpliwość oraz myślenie, to zdecydowanie polecam.
