Lazaret
A rescue team is called out to investigate a distress signal coming from a ship identified as the MTS Endurance – a ship known to have disappeared 4 years ago on a voyage across the Atlantic. The rescue operation goes awry, and you are left stranded and alone on the derelict ship. Searching below deck you find no sign of life. The crew appears to have just vanished; replaced with eerie stone statues, but perhaps you’re not as alone as you first thought. Explore the derelict ship to uncover what happened 4 years ago and what fate befell the crew.
Lazaret is a first-person horror game with light puzzle elements and an emphasis on atmosphere. You play as a lone member of a rescue crew who must complete puzzles and explore the derelict ship while trying to avoid meeting the same fate as the missing crew. Danger lurks around every corner – you must run or hide to stay alive as you learn more about the ship and what caused its mysterious disappearance 4 years ago.

Great game with nice puzzles and jumpscares! The horror lets you relax for a bit but only to give you another huge jumpscare. :D

Played and finished it in VR (UEVR). Great and immersive experience! just a bit hard to find the right ways some times. The hiding cabinets suggested a hide and seek mechanic, wich actually never came to play (almost)...that's is absolutely fine for me :)

Das Spiel schafft es durch wenig Ton aber dennoch anspannender Musik eine gruselige Grundstimmung zu erzeugen. Die Atmosphäre ist durchweg beängstigend. Das Storytelling des Spiels ist ganz gut gelungen, jedoch war das Ende absolut enttäuschend. Die meisten Jumpscares des Spiels sind gut gelungen jedoch gab es meiner Meinung nach zu wenig Interaktionen mit tatsächlichen Gegnern. Für einen Anfänger sicherlich ein schöner Einstieg in die Horrorspiel-Szene. Dennoch enttäuschendes Ende. Insgesamt eine 7/10 als komplettes Spiel gesehen.

A very well-made game with a great atmosphere. It's truly creepy. Unfortunately, it drags a bit, and you work your way from point to point, but it's really great and playable.
